Once upon a time I lived in really nice apartment in an area that was complete $hit... Got this place cheap AF because not long after they were built section 8 apartments went up right across the street and the while area went to COMPLETE $hit..

Anyways... back to my dear diary..


I am sure there were some good people living there but literally every single person I had an interaction with that lived in those apartments were low life , baller on a budget... gucci belt , latest iphone.. having mthrfkrs with no job and $hit attitude. They walked up and down the street literally all hours of the day and night up to the corner store... buying $2 worth of stuff and stealing $25 worth of $hit ( I witnessed it almost every time I was in there).. eating and drinking whatever they stole and just tossing it on the ground back to their government housing. When my lease was up they tried to get me to stay by making the rent cheaper... lolz.. no thnks Jeff... Got the fk out of there ASAP

you aint lived in the ghetto until you have mfers walking around all night especially when its peak walking around the street time at 3am-6am.

They're not in low income areas because they can't get out. They're in low income areas because most are too stupid to do anything with their lives. Low IQ people make terrible decisions in life. A lot of it seems to be the I'm fukked or in a chitty place so everything else around me has to be too. So when the majority of the community feels this way it's pretty easy to see how the areas end up like they do. It's not a race/culture thing though, more of an income/class thing. The families living off of $30k/yr with 3+ kids because they never had structure come in all colors and while it's sad the majority of them are just lost causes. They're so mad that they reject people trying to help and would rather find ways to abuse the welfare system.

Middle to upper class families, especially middle class tend to clean up after themselves because we've either worked up form a working class or grew up with better examples even if they were from the local community.

What's also been bugging me recently is we have a HOA fund but they completely ignore the bird chit below every street light.

I've been thinking of getting a power washer and cladestinely taking care of it on my own but I have enough expenses and hobbies I'd rather fund instead.

Rain does fuk all about it too it just sits there.
I have sampled every language and French is my favorite to curse in.

lower income areas tend to have a lot more people in them. more people = more traffic and more thru roads (so a lot more people who drive through to get where they need to go and dont live there). People dont tend to litter where they live, its usually people who dont live there. Of course, not always the case. The guy who does my dad's mechanic work (knows him through church), lives on the other side of the county and is probably the only white person on the road. Its not a thru road but its filthy as fuk. ALWAYS furniture and chit on the side of the road like it needs to be picked up by the garbage men
