Ded srs when I say the Walking Dead has. I literally was shouting at the TV in the middle of the night (it premiered late here in the UK).

There's a scene they recreated from the comics that it's based on, and it shocked all the people who stuck with the series as much as the Red Wedding.

Note: It won't have an impact if you watch the scene without having watched all the 9 seasons before. Like the Red Wedding, it's not simply what happens (there's more violent scenes in horror films) it's who it happens to - the characters who we've become attached to, who are lead characters.

I'm sure the degeneracy in this show (and other 'pop-cult' shows), brought to families bonding in their rooms right before sleep, has nothing to do with the desensitization and degradation to healthy minds in healthy communities, in places around the world where these shows are popular.

Even if you wouldn't normally consume this trash, you are encouraged to by loved ones, friends, and family. ....to consume rape, incest, graphic violence, ect upon characters you have been programmed to feel connection with.... or your not fun, trendy, ect.

It was one of the most brutal and shocking scenes of the entire show, and that is saying something.

Even Clegane was horrified by the mutilation of Robb's corpse. When he kills it is quick and business-like. But to behead a corpse and sew the head of a beast in it's place is fiendish.

i remember when i first experienced it I was actually kind of relieved and gladly accepted the death of a bunch of MCs and plot threads just to get that dumb bitch mother out of the way. oh my god i hated reading her "as a mother" povs. then grrm tried to bring her back as some vengeful zombie retard, jesus christ the best thing that homo couple that made the show did was to exclude that completely.
