Those Spanish American territories were literally a piece of ****. Had no value at all. Just like Autralia or Canada (we reached Canada before England aswell). As important as Portuguese sea territory.

We controlled the economy AND had the best navy. It means we were stronger (during the 15th century and the first half of the 16th century). Then England and Spain did catch up.





The US has been a superpower since late 1800s probably. It is 150 years. Literally nothing.

Portugal has 900 years as a nation (born in 1143). Spain is "younger". The history between the two countries is too complex to be judge by the size of their territory. A lot of things play a role in the "superpower" game. Army/Navy power, Economic power, Influence etc. When you take it all into consideration Portugal was the strongest superpower of the 15 and 16th (at least the first half) centuries. Then Spain and England took over.

If you study Portugal-Spain relationship/rivalry you gonna undertand that the Portuguese people were superior. We won the majority of battles against them with much fewer numbers (lets say 5 spanish soldiers to 1 portuguese soldier). Rumours say we sent Colombo to Spain so he could "distract" Spain and sail to America, and not India. Our history is brilliant.

About the US, is actually funny the country with the "best army/navy/air force" never won a war.

You are not understanding.

US has been a superpower for 150 years. US is not the strongest superpower.

Portugal was THE STRONGEST SUPOWEPOWER for 150 years. We were a superpower for much longer. (till the early 1800s) Then Napoleon invaded Portugal and years later brazil got its independence. Plus, Portugal was divided and a civil war kicked in. Economy was not as strong as it once was and our Navy was not as strong as the spanish/english navy. So, at least 400 years as a superpower.

Then our empire ended in 1999 when he gave Macau back to China... Don't forget that Portugal had Macau, Angola, Mozambique and East Timor and Guinea Bissau until 1974. So we were an empire since 1400 till 2000.

Breaks my heart having fled Eastern Europe at the breakup of the Soviet Union to come here and see this now as an adult.

Politicians and DA's who enable this type of destruction should be executed. NYC is a literal **** hole compared to what it was 20 years ago. Thank god I don't have to commute for the time being.

It's not the homeless people and addicts getting free stuff or even the spending that kills the economy and nation. Just like people getting things stolen from them doesn't destroy people. It's the effect it has on the honest people who are doing the work, being productive, producing the goods and services, those doing the right thing. There is no benefit to being honest, no gains from doing the right thing.

You are standing in line to buy some clothes, about to fork out a couple hundred dollars and then some punk ass with all he can carry, more than you can afford, just walks right past the registers head held high with a smug entitled look on his face out the door and nothing is done, and even people cheering for him/her and telling you that you should feel sorry for them or even to be happy for them. There you are standing in line feeling like some kind of cuck because you are paying for your items. You go home and you worked hard and saved up while building credit so you could buy your home and are paying a mortgage on it and there your neighbors get to live there for free just because they are "poor" but you can see how degenerate they are and how much of backwards idiots they are. You are even told you are priveliged because you do all of this stuff as though you are the one that has it easy. After a while you just say fuk it. After a while people have no more drive to do better because there is no benefit to doing the right thing. You might even say if you can't beat them, join them. After a while, we don't have people out being honest and productive.

Puritans were kicked out of England after their gay little rebellion was ended and founded Harvard university. The American revolution had no jews. The French revolution had very few jews. Covid massively expanded this mindset. Ive seen it firsthand where I work. Between all the middle managers milking the the wfh deal for all it's worth and the people gaming the system to get paid to stay home and do SFA, the people actually doing the work have said 'ok I'll work but I ain't killing myself anymore so don't even try to push me'.

We've only been considered a super power since ww2. Before that our military wasn't that large and the world saw us as a larger version of canada.

This country is being prepared for 2nd world status. Flood it with a bunch of 3rd worlders, encourage citizens to be complete dependant degenerates, and established an incredibley corrupt socialist type of governance. Really glad I don't have kids yet, there won't be anything left for them.
