Take them consistently.
Cardio, lots of it.
Start eating fish a lot more often and start earing clean and with calorie restriction.
Start drinking lots of water. Lots of it.
Do all of the above steady and with discipline for several months and you will see benefits.

I had massive brain fog as a kid (7-16 yo), couldn’t socialise properly and could read a page over and over and not take it in , had issues with my body for no reason , limping etc
then I took naproxen and it went , I’ve learned a 20 min speech by heart recently (32 yo) and I’m in better shape than my 20s

brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.
No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

I had that when i spent a week in the USA. Turns out i'm quite intolerant to high fructose corn syrup, which is in everything over there. As soon as i stopped eating food with HFCS in it (easier said than done) i recovered immediately.
Apart from that an Iron deficiency will cause your symptoms TS. Try supplementing Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, vitamins B&C and see if it makes any difference.
Have you had a full endocrine panel done?
Whats your height and weight currently? Diet? Exercise? Do you ever go away on vacation or just grind it out at work?

I think you're dying boyo. RIP
But for real, do you workout? If not, start because you'll feel better mentally and physically. Not even joking

Think it may be a thyroid problem, hyperthyroid or something..Same here brah
One of the most difficult parts of my day is usually just getting out of bed in the morning even if I’m already up
Always stressed out all the time, the smallest thing will turn my adrenal glands on. BRB looking for my car keys and they’re not on the counter where I thought I left them, fight or flight mode kicks on
Dink doesn’t work 75 percent of the time either
Considering going to a doctor and seeing if they can prescribe me a bicycle srs

I have the same atm. Not sure what to do as it's ruining my life. I go to university and everyone are there for 8 hours per day. Meanwhile I can't read a page of a book or watch two minutes of a lecture. I also have vision problems and dizziness. I can't even get up in the morning.
Checked with my doctor, same as you. Everything's fine.

Get your blood oxygen checked. Not the crappy way with the thing on your finger, but with them drawing blood.
If it's low, you still have to figure out the cause, but it being low fits.

Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
