Cardio, lots of it.

Start drinking lots of water. Lots of it.

Do all of the above steady and with discipline for several months and you will see benefits.
I always feel drained to do cardio at the end of my lifting session. How do I combat that? I'm pretty much gassed out after my workout and sometimes I dont even do cardio or just half ass as I'm too tired.

I found that some ppl who r tired a lot could have increase of heavy metals in their body and organophosphates and to combat that i will have to eat organic food however organic food is beyond my budget.

I had massive brain fog as a kid (7-16 yo), couldn’t socialise properly and could read a page over and over and not take it in , had issues with my body for no reason , limping etc

then I took naproxen and it went , I’ve learned a 20 min speech by heart recently (32 yo) and I’m in better shape than my 20s
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.

No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

Have been feeling pretty crappy too. Low energy etc. I got bloodwork done, and took it to a naturalpath/ natural health doctor, and he was able to get me on some supplements/ vitamins that really helped.

Would reccomend seeing one.

I had that when i spent a week in the USA. Turns out i'm quite intolerant to high fructose corn syrup, which is in everything over there. As soon as i stopped eating food with HFCS in it (easier said than done) i recovered immediately.
Apart from that an Iron deficiency will cause your symptoms TS. Try supplementing Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, vitamins B&C and see if it makes any difference.

Have you had a full endocrine panel done?

Whats your height and weight currently? Diet? Exercise? Do you ever go away on vacation or just grind it out at work?

This sounds familiar but not this this extent. For me its when I play a online game and im under pressure, or I remember something stressful. I get this rush in my throat area. What symptoms do you get on the fight or flight mode thing? For me I hear my blood whooshing in the right ear. All happened after an intense workout years ago. Think it may be a thyroid problem, hyperthyroid or something..

Interesting (srs). How long did you take it for and dosage? Thank your doctor! theres a drug called ebselen which is supposed to be good for brain/nerve inflammation. They're trialling it now for long covid, brain fog and other things ITT happen to be long lasting symptoms after intense virus immune system activity. Will be trying that for my ears.

I have the same atm. Not sure what to do as it's ruining my life. I go to university and everyone are there for 8 hours per day. Meanwhile I can't read a page of a book or watch two minutes of a lecture. I also have vision problems and dizziness. I can't even get up in the morning.

Checked with my doctor, same as you. Everything's fine.

Get your blood oxygen checked. Not the crappy way with the thing on your finger, but with them drawing blood.

If it's low, you still have to figure out the cause, but it being low fits.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.

They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

Maybe eat some carbs slowly through the lifting. Like a clif bar or two. Days when I am lagging energy-wise I do that and it helps noticeably.
