How Much or how little do you let people know about you ? (srs)

I wish I was more like you tbh. I think I tend to overshare when asked personal questions and give away information that I regret later. I have a hard time not giving my opinion sometimes but I think I’ve gotten better at showing restraint.
I would NEVER discuss personal family/spouse problems with coworkers. That’s absolutely insane and embarrassing.
Just my closest friends would hear that stuff, and even that is risky.
