That breakfast is incredibly unhealthy. How do you eat that much without feeling bloated the rest of the day?
I hate that feeling. Would much rather eat a lean and light breakfast so my stomach doesn't feel like it has a bowling ball in it all day.

Not to mention your daily intake is over the threshold before lunch and dinner.
