rate my mc donalds breakfast cart

I get half off, so $16 + $5 tip at checkout.

Is there something I should be adding or am I good. I also wanted a caramel hot chocolate but thinking I've got too many drinks.

Conservatively that has to be like 250+ grams of carbs, probably mostly from sugar.

Good like with the diabetes , limp dink, and amputated foot.
