What else is he supposed to do? People break in, hide in silence so they don't shoot him. Shoot guy and he falls down stairs, you don't know if he has gun so you shoot again.

Girl breaks in, shoots her and again you don't know if she has a gun, so you kill her.

Waits a day to call police. What law says you need to call police?

None of that contradicts anything I said.

Executing for breaking and entering would easily be considered excessive punishment legally, so it is cool that is only an opinion of yours. Just a little fun idea that does not exist in reality.

Yeah, this was a “set up” he even moved his truck to his neighbor’s. He watched them break in on his security cameras, and did not call the cops until the next day.



“Smith shot the teens separately and 10 minutes apart as they entered the basement where he was, later stating to police he was worried about them being armed.

After already shooting them once, he repeatedly taunted them while they were injured as he shot them both in an execution style until they were dead.

He did not report that he had killed Kifer and Brady until the day after the murders, keeping their corpses in his closet.

The video pretty well explains it. Guy did everything wrong. If he had just not recorded it and talked about it like it was some type of cool hunting trip. He could have so easily gotten away with it.

I will only say that getting your home broken into is like a rape in that your home, your sanctuary, place you rest, is violated again and again will drive you mad.

I'm not afraid to admit I do feel bad for the 16 and 17 yr old kids who got executed for committing a property crime. Definitely some stupid games stupid prizes aspect to it, but doesn't mean one can't have empathy.
Going to assume you're trolling with that laundry list. Yes, it's unfortunate an 18 and 17 year old lost their lives.
