Ice them up today then wrap them. Also some tylenol or the like.

When you squat wrap them during the workouts. This will make a big difference for the better.

Walk it off u big fat f'aggot. (srs) put extra weight on that right foot as u do. It will heal quicker this way.

My ankle was absolutely shattered and BROKE i wasn't joking or exagerrating and I kept walking on it anyway despite the pain.

It healed in 2 weeks and I was told I couldn't put weight on it for 6 weeks at least

Some tips that may help reduce swelling:

1-Put your legs on pillows to raise them above your heart while lying down.
2-Exercise your legs. This helps pump fluid from your legs back to your heart.
3-Follow a low-salt diet, which may reduce fluid buildup and swelling.
4-wear support stockings (sold at most drugstores and medical supply stores).
5-When traveling, take breaks often to stand up and move around.
6-Avoid wearing tight clothing or garters around your thighs.
7-Lose weight if you need to

Yea been sleeping with my leg raised and it feels much better in the morning. I saw online to do the low sodium thing but I'm limited on the foods I got at home rn lmao. Finna lose weight fo sho.
