We get 100% match up to 6% if I recall correctly. But I declined. I don't like the idea of being dinged if I want to use my own money before I'm 59. I plan to retire way before then. I'm putting all my money in real estate, I can see an immediate return and can also leverage a small amount of money into a large payoff down the line.

He's a triggered loser srs. A while back he posted a comment I left on his CP as a thread, and some posters were going 'Well yeah, LL is a NYC mogger'. OP tucked his tail between his legs and now tries to look for easier prey.

But every thread he posts backfires badly. LOL

He embellishes everything or just outright lies. That's inherent to his personality and comes across for every single topic he talks about. Misc is full of frauds, what makes him stand out is that he doubles down and denies until he dies. Outrageous claims and lies with absolute conviction is his calling card. The principle example of outrageous is that he insists that he's 20% bodyfat and thinks that he can get away with that level of delusion on a bodybuilding forum of people in the know about such things.

Regarding the OP topic, he says he sold a house is the creative math used to arrive at 500K/year. Imagine I'm a businessman with 10 million in revenue and my inventory cost me 9.5 million, I should tell the Misc my income is 10 million a year right?

We should give him a bit of a break though. He's busy defending black people because there's been an uptick in race threads lately. He's at least not the bad guy in those threads.

What year was it? Mine has been smooth sailing although I agree 100% the powerband stock isn't great. I did a Cobb tune that helped smooth out the power delivery to make it more linear and to ease switching into 2nd gear which is also wonky stock.

But imo it's a cheap fun car to bang around with on a manual - manuals are a dwindling breed.

This is far and away the most you've ever offended me.

Like, wtf dude, poverty crabs? 1000% blue crab meat has a sweeter, more complex flavor than king crab. King crab is for food-philistines who think it's better just because it's more expensive.

You're 100% right. I'm not asian you see, so I'm bad at math.

So I bought a house for like half a million. I put about $100k, and then sold it for $800k, what was my net gain on that?

Nah, I don't have the patience to pick through 17 crabs for a total of 6 oz of meat when I can get a pound of meat from 5 king crab legs.

Nah you should contribute at least 6%. That's free $$ you're throwing away… idk maybe it's a company culture thing but literally that's one of the big things they hammer into new controllers where I work.

At the very least match when you get to the job, but eventually when you're done then max out. Can easily put away $1million+. At the end of the day the salary is high enough it doesn't matter much.

If I want to retire at 50 I'll have zero reasons not to with the pension, maxed out TSP, and FERS SS with no penalty

You should look at it as an investment when you contribute

you declined a 10K match on your salary because you don't like the idea of having to pay a 10% penalty on your 10K contribution if you take the cash before you are 60

let's break this down so even Ye can understand.

you make 158K, 6% of that is 9,480

so you contribute 9,480, and your company gives you an extra 9,480

you have a hardship and need to access your retirement funds, you pay a 10% penalty

9,480+9,480 = 18,960 less 10% = 17,064

you only put in 9,480 of your own money though, so you end up with an extra 7500

but you declined this because you don't like the idea of paying a 10% penalty to clear an extra 7500 worst case scenario

maybe ye can explain this to me
I'm just a whit guy frm the future, I completely out of touc

Ok that's *one* fair point about blue crabs - they take work for that sweet, succulent superior-to-king-crab-in-every-way-other-than-volume blue crab meat.

Weird that the 2022 had that many issues. That year WRX is supposed to be on their newer chassis platform that's supposed to be way more rigid and superior to the previous one.

When you explain it like that it sounds ridiculous. I didn't really do the math. All I know is I can take more of my paycheck and put it into other things. I've been meaning to go talk to a financial advisor. Maybe I'll makena thread about. I have a lot of questions.

I'm wrong then, it was a 21 model. I specifically remember he didn't want to wait for the new chassis. This was during the height of the pandemic, so I would say mid 2021 or so.

You know, actual moggers would never act the way you do. They don't get all jealous over chit like other people's cars for example and feel a need to get all bitter about who owns them. Nor do they hang out on some dying gay indian forums all the time trying to flex, being all inconsistent about themselves. That's the kinda chit losers like you do.

You mean envy, not jealousy.

But you're on this forum too. Lying about things you don't own. You're also a big old bitch who talks all kinds of shyt but won't put their money where their mouth is, metaphorically or literally. Lol.

Neither of us is a mogger. You're a fat single loser who still lives with his mom on top of that.

So you're saying you don't have access to your father's car titles. Got it.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Strong cognitive dissonance. People who are happy with their lives (and sex lives) definitely make threads like this:
