Same as a lot of colleges, they let anyone and everyone in and then just pass them along. They get out in the world and flop. So what, you "graduated" but you are dumb as a brick, nobody cares. You get out in the world and can't read effectively, can't write a readable sentence, can't do basic math? Guess what, you're done.

It's just so the school staff doesn't have to deal with them and can get credit for it. It's all about money, nobody actually cares about black kids.

Reading, writing, and comprehension should be number one. Math and science should be electives - you don't need these for general schooling and should be studied in a private setting if you are going into a field that requires it.

There was one student back in 1998, the teachers couldn't stand this kid, so he pretty much retook the finals three times, so he could graduate. He was pretty much a black incel/manlet that was caught jerking off in the bathroom, and just plain stupid.
