That's a pullup. What you want is half way to a muscle up. Funny thing about all this is I just causally mentioned I could do 3 pullups, and you ran with it, calling me out. So you have been calling me out for like 6 months, and you also want to change what a pullup is. Very disingenuous of you.

And regarding the position of my hands, palms facing me or away from me hurts my wrists because of previous injuries. But hey, you narrowly escaped this, so good for you.

On my 3rd week on ozempic and down 5 Kgs.
Too early to tell of any potential sides but Iv stayed hydrated, avoided alcohol and bad foods and increased my fitness output.

So far so good. The mental clarity reminds me of when I did a test E only cycle years ago as a lad srs
