That's what he calls it when a tranny blows out his back. He has his "metabolic processes" "readjusted" multiple times a week.

So today I had sushi at Edos Japan,so for supper it will be a shake .

I was cruising for ages on 2100-2300 calories for years with no hint of weight loss despite training and cardio work - spoke with a nutritionist; slammed the cals up around 3100 for a couple weeks, carb heavy, which resulted in some initial weight drop then week by week readjusted down - after roughly 16 weeks, I was down 10kg and visibly leaner. This was drug free. After 8 months I was back down to 2300 calories and dropping a bit over a pound a week.

Second cut I dropped my cals to 1000 below my calculated TDEE but this was on test and anavar - dropped 18kg of fat and 1kg muscle mass in 4 months.

You sound irate. Maybe you need to have your metabolic processes" "readjusted" by a hung tranny again.

I'm sure simply eating less works for most people, I know plenty of people who claim they can't lose weight all the while eating an 18 inch pizza talking about their thyroid problems, not saying thats what you were doing.

What he's saying is correct, your body doesn't know you're trying to get shredded, it simply thinks you're starving, and will slow your metabolism. You can override this with cardio, but cardio sucks ass, and with your heart issues IDK if strenuous cardio is a good idea. You should definitely stop smoking and drinking caffeine.

No, my body adjusted itself to the calories I was eating but metabolically I was fuked - if I dropped cals hard it would have had a massive negative effect on my overall health.

Stop worrying about energy in and focus more on energy expended.

Also, get a full blood panel done. If you're fat, your testosterone will be suboptimal anyway - SHBG likely high so little free test to use, and what test you have is likely aromatising to some degree to push your E2 up - which will make it even harder to drop weight. It's a vicious cycle.

Can I suggest drinking electrolyte drink? It makes a big difference when I'm fasting. I like this LMNT.

Okay, this is interesting. When you increased calories to 3100, did you change anything with your training? More cardio? Or was just boosting the calories enough to get the weight dropping off?
