but srs whats the fcking point op?
getting to 7-8% or thereabouts is a complete waste of time for a natty, I only did it once to see what is was like and to satisfy my stupid ego and guess what.... no my life did not dramatically improve like some would expect.
brb cant get hard, brb bench down from 310 to 260, brb being told I look skinny as hell in clothes, brb developing an eating disorder from calorie restriction.

Don't bother. 12% is the sweet spot.

12% or so is about where I want to get. I think I'd commit murder trying to force my body down to single digits.

If you guys are having a hard time with 2300 and eating smaller meals trying fasting to 6pm and above and eat all them calories at night. It's the GOAT way to diet imo. I'm trying out PMSF because I've been fuking around too much and haven't been consistent at all for more than a week. Gonna try out this shiet and see what happens. Just trying to get back to how I looked in my profile pic which is about 12-13% bf maybe 14% because I was flexing, but yeah. Will record my strength and weight loss too.

It's a walk in the park with appetite suppressants, but like any diet that involves severe calorie restriction, a rebound is highly likely

You gotta take it one day at a time, tell yourself that you're going to have one perfect day today and make sure you pull it off. Then tomorrow, tell yourself the same thing again, perfect day today. Just keep going like that and you'll build up some momentum that'll keep you going when you feel like cheating.

yeah reverse dieting is just as crucial, some people will just go overboard and binge as soon as they eat their first carb meal following a PSMF diet.

edit; I've been 12% (dxa) and thought I didn't look shred enough so my real goal is 10 and then slow bulk like 500 cal for all eternity

Probably stopped using it so you lost it. The first week or so is the hardest but once you've built up your willpower and resistance to cravings/mental impulses to gorge on chit food it gets easier. Chit even after the first 3 days it gets notably easier.

OP stay away from crash diet and learn to adopt a healthy lifestyle that will enable you to stay in shape year round, your body will thank you for this in the long term.

Can confirm, GOAT way to cut and no you are not going to lose strength srs

Only issue is the nice little eating disorder you are most likely going to develop + very very slippery road down to binge/starve cycle

Calm down bro. PSMF should be done in 10 days cycle, that short amount of time will not damage your hormones, metabolism or gainz.

love psmf

love that feeling a cut is measured in days rather than WEEKS. I have no patience. Short heavy pains for quick better gains.
Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

Just ate my last meal for day 1 boyos. Easy af since I fast till the evening (today I ate around 7:30pm)

Macros for the day are:

Protein: 150g
Carbs: 50g
Fat: 21g

Comes out to 989 calories. Yeah I know it's suppose to be all protein and as little amount of carbs and fats as possible, but fuk all that. I'm a big believer in .8g/lbs and I wanted to fit in a late night meal (tortilla's hnngg) so I can get sleepy. Didn't work out today, but going hard af tomorrow on back and bi's before work. Feeling good so far and looked leaner already in the mirror and had a pump lol wtf. I think this diet is very possible doing on a 10 day cycle. If my first cycle goes well I'll take a week off doing a -500 caloric deficit and then do another 10 day pmsf cycle.
