People who ask me how many sets I have left mid exercise, and then stand there watching and waiting for me to finish the rest on my sets. This ugly bald **** who always wears a hat does it all the time, then when I'm done he'll jump on, do one set and move onto something else. You really needed that one set of hamstring curls in that much you couldn't go and do something else first?

I found that if you have a goal, you might not reach it. But if you don't have one, then you are never disappointed. And I gotta tell ya, it feels phenomenal.

no wonder some of you don't make gains with the silly sht you guys pay attention too.

I hate people trying to talk to me during sets and staring at me while I'm doing sets, we can talk before or after a workout but hate *******s coming up to me with stupid small talk while I'm working.

If not for the HBBs would join some hard-core gym.

I commented this before in another thread but it really is the only thing that bothers me - when people just hover around me while waiting for me to finish on some equipment. It drives me crazy and feels like I'm being rushed. Go somewhere else and I'll hold the equipment but don't just stand there on top of me.

Most people are kind of insecure. I don't ask permission I just wait until they just finish their set and move in. They'll either be cool with it or will be intimidated and won't say anything. And if their just finishing a set they can't possibly come up with an excuse.

More advanced lifters are always fine with someone working in. Really not hard to bully the others if they want to do dumb stuff or just hog something specific for a long time. Most people are just entirely too nice/unsure of themselves.

I think it's hilarious how people will be in a gym full of people in amazing shape, yet go buy sessions form the personal trainer with the below average body.

BRB let me pay money for the advice of somebody who clearly doesn't know what they're doing, when I can probably get better quality advice for free, from people who know what they're doing.

The other side of this hilarious paradox is the guys opting for the juice head trainer who's allegedly clean, and wondering why they're not looking like him.

Stand in front of the mirror and do lateral raises
Stand in front of the mirror and stare at themselves

I mean do whatever you want in front of the DB rack when its empty. But I won't stand there waiting for you to complete your set, and if I do I'll call you out for being an idiot.

Rowing on the DB rack.
- Other people want to get in there, man.

Farmer's walking with DB's to literal (dropping the weight) failure.
- Watch out for our toes, gal.

Leaving equipment loaded when finished.
- The gym is busy. Empty that so we know you're done, dude.

I will add to this ANY activity that someone is doing with a light weight in the squat rack. The guy who pissed me off the most wasn't even using the squat rack itself. He had 10's on the bar, and he was doing upright rows. He was occupying the squat rack so that he could use the hooks that this particular rack had in the front. Its practically knee level, so its confusing.

There's plenty of things that piss me off, but one of the biggest things is when gymbros sit on the dumbbell rack between sets. So inconsiderate, it's like one of the most highly sought after bits of equipment in the gym, don't use it as a seat.

I just use the machine they have on 'hold', however a lot of people don't want to ask.
