Do a 24 hour urine test to check kidney function.

Lol at putting doctors on a pedestal. Fuc them... srs
I had a doctor tell me that the reason i was dying was because i highly likely had Hepatitis C as i had an inflammation of the liver and asked me several times if i was a heroin addict and shared needles, i kept telling them no... and they took blood tests... anyway to cut a long story short... in the process of me dying i said to him / them... "could i have glandular fever as my symptoms match?"... and they were like
"sheeeeit never thought of that!" tested me and it came back positive.
and don't get me started on vets.. i had one tell me that dogs had evolved to not eat raw meat.

I don't think the supps you listed are the ones you need to worry about fking up your kidneys. Did you tell your doc you're on tech?

If your doctor is rating you according toaveragehe's already failed. Still, to be most accurate, everybody needs to have a base point value where you're not doing or taking anything.
My earliest pre-workout/supplement records were lost, but I have a close second values at hand, for all future comparisons.

I get much of my via C Fit pre workout and BCAA mix. 3 grams per dose baby.

For one, you should be maxing 5,000 UI of Vitamin D a day, and you take double that amount. Then 10 pills of fish oil? Not to mention all that other stuff. You're literally overdosing, srs.

OP says his creatinine levels are high... To be expected in somebody consuming high amounts of protein, doing rigorous physical activity and taking creatine as a supplement. Think you'll find most bodybuilders/people who lift/people with decent amounts of mass spend most of their lives with elevated levels only to have every other test come back perfectly normal.
At most OP should consider lowering his protein intake if he's taking a broscience/cell tech users amount and maybe lay off of the creatine (for a while)/10 fish oil pill thing.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Stopping most if not all supps
May stop taking whey or reduce to one scoop
Also, I might still keep continuing taking my joint pills
But stopping everything else
Can someone aware me on vitamin c? Seems like it has a lot of benefits
How do u know if u have low vit c
I did cbc and metabolic test and I think
My vitamin c was normal
Do u need to
Supplement vitamin c if normal

Also, boost your immune system and is water-soluble so no risk of toxicity when taken in mega doses: typically, 2000mg-6000mg/day.

Vitamin C is not a miracle pill. That is some bullchit Linus Pauling tried to push on people when he started going crazy. Vitamin C certainly serves a lot of useful purposes, and is generally good for you, but any excess is going to be simply pissed away and probably won't be too great for your kidneys in the long run.

Just what exactly was your serum creatinine, if you have it on hand?
I'm an actual doctor and I can confirm this. Similarly, people who are paralyzed or are missing limbs tend to have lower serum creatinine because they have less muscle mass. Creatinine is a decent surrogate for kidney function.
OP, I've never evaluated you so I can't interpret your kidney numbers. Could some other supplements be causing kidney damage? Sure. The supplement industry in the US in under flimsy regulations so while there are reputable supplement companies other putting out quality products, there are others out there with more shady business practices.
It may be worthy to get a second opinion from another doctor who has more experience with lifters.

The other thing is that reference ranges are established by finding an upper and lower limit that encompasses a 95% of the population in the "normal range". Since you're a lifter, some of your numbers may fall slightly out of the range. From a reference range point of view, your numbers are barely high and a lab error is all that is needed to put you in and out of range.
Numbers are one thing. Correlating them with the patient's presentation is another.

1.13 isn't bad, I see a top nephrologist in the country in Chicago and mine was slightly elevated during testing (have kidney stones). She said she sees it often for people who lift weights as a normal process of muscle breakdown and rebuild. The vitamin d should be like 5k a day unless your really low. Just keep an eye on it .
