I've been either cutting or bulking the last 3 years haha. Before tho I bulked from 170s to 190 at like 3500-3600 cals. Usually cut at 2100-2200

Sure is. Lifts exploded from combo of that and just pushing bodyweight. I pushed from 173 to 205 natty, then changed my mind haha. Chest, back and quads probably

Some notables (all 4-6 reppers):

100 to 130 incline Db
225 to 275 incline barbell
315 to 450 RDL
335 to 415 squat
2.5 plates a side on hacks

OP, care to give me what exercises / sets/ rep ranges you're working on the current routine?

I'm doin ppl as well .... But on push day i'm doing about 2 shoulder / 2 chest chest exercises for 3 sets of 7-10 each for push day. Do you think thats too little volume? Also life long natty and no plans of hopping on if thats relevant.

More than enough volume if sets are taken close or to failure. Check out post 73. That's how I've trained last 2.5 years

I'll add in a fluffy pump sequence from time to time at the end when recovery is good

Just took a look at your training program. At my peak training intensity, I was doing something really close to what you're doing. It was a variation of PPL, 3 days on, 3 days off. I also adopted more of a HIT/heavy duty approach - a few warmup sets, and 1 or 2 all-out sets till failure.

Unfortunately, pushing it this hard as a natty didn't really amount to much besides lots of fatigue, but it was really fun and was good for me mentally. Strength gains were nice. At some point I was squatting an easy 3 plates for 9 reps.

Keep it up, OP. Always look forward to your progress threads.

That.. is a great physique to be proud of!

I remember seeing pics of you couple years ago, ripped, a bit smaller, also bald but with a younger face. You def know how to cut. And nice progress.

When did u start OJ, you say low amount, but does that translate to a supraphysiological amount of free Orange juice in your blood? Please pm
