I'm doin ppl as well .... But on push day i'm doing about 2 shoulder / 2 chest chest exercises for 3 sets of 7-10 each for push day. Do you think thats too little volume? Also life long natty and no plans of hopping on if thats relevant.
Sig line can't be a novel

I'll add in a fluffy pump sequence from time to time at the end when recovery is good

Just took a look at your training program. At my peak training intensity, I was doing something really close to what you're doing. It was a variation of PPL, 3 days on, 3 days off. I also adopted more of a HIT/heavy duty approach - a few warmup sets, and 1 or 2 all-out sets till failure.
Unfortunately, pushing it this hard as a natty didn't really amount to much besides lots of fatigue, but it was really fun and was good for me mentally. Strength gains were nice. At some point I was squatting an easy 3 plates for 9 reps.
Keep it up, OP. Always look forward to your progress threads.

That.. is a great physique to be proud of!
I remember seeing pics of you couple years ago, ripped, a bit smaller, also bald but with a younger face. You def know how to cut. And nice progress.
When did u start OJ, you say low amount, but does that translate to a supraphysiological amount of free Orange juice in your blood? Please pm
