Wood not even attempt to clean up some stranger's blood. And you'd have to really scrub in there to try and get it off. Not worth it imo. My first thought would be to toss it but just replacing the seat would probably be the best idea since the value.

op look in to Bio-enzymatic cleanrers, basically "good" bacteria designed to eat certain compounds, they have em for organic waste, oil, general cleaning etc. get some and spray it for a few days and it will be 100% gone. with no contact/scrubbing required
