So I'm guessing it actually IS a barrier?

Intellect has two main contributors, one is genetic, the other is through education. We can look at extremes, on both ends, from both sources, to make better valuations. If you approach it from the perspective of "what went right", instead of "what went wrong", one can make a more logical and reasonable assessment.
The problem with diversity and Marxism, is that it focuses on "what went wrong", instead of "what went right". This will also lead to completely different solutions.
For example, genetic intellect can be seen in very young individuals who have much higher than average scores on different testing. They accelerate past everyone else with ease.
Education, on the other hand, teaches vital skills, like logic and reason, and memorization which allows greater abstraction. With that, understand that memorization can be dictated by intellect as well.
If we then look at IQ scores and who got what wrong, and who got what right, we can form some conclusions. For instance, one reason why certain individuals scored higher, is because they have either a larger vocabulary, or because they were fluent in the language the test was given in. Many simple words that we learn through education caused a hang up for some minority groups, like the word "relative". This does not mean that we dumb down IQ test simply for these reasons, but rather, understanding that vocabulary can be important for communication, which means the solution is not dumbing down the IQ test, it's bettering education and language for non-native speakers and others. The reason for this would be the fact that if you plan to practice law or medicine in the US, It's important to have good communication in English. If you can't communicate well, you are not going to do well in much of anything that requires higher skills and education. Individuals who speak the language fluently and have larger vocabulary's, can understand more when communicating with others, as well as reading difficult material.
If we look back in world history, we will find that Germany became one of the most advanced countries in the world because they took the time to translate everything in to German. If you did not speak German, you were left behind. Until someone was willing to translate all of the archives into other languages, it was not reasonable to believe Germans should tailor everything around non German speaking groups. This would have taken so much time and resources, Germany has a hole would have fallen behind and not become so successful.
Just the same, these very high skilled and educated positions should not be required to tailor the testing material to lower educated and non-English-speaking groups.
The whole will suffer greatly, and the country will suffer more economic hardships.

The court lowered the minimum grade required to pass the bar by two questions on Tuesday and will also feature half as many essay prompts and henceforth be held twice a year.
So Bodhy was right? Black people really can't pass the test? Shiit Bodhy, sorry I LOL'd at you... my bad. Thanks for correcting me Benny!

Seitz Jr. “noted that this is not a lowering of the standards but a modernization of the process to better reflect how other states handle admission to the bar.
The chief justice said these reforms will ****keep Delaware competitive in attracting top legal talent to the state and keep Delawareans interested in the law from going elsewhere,”****

“Competitive” from the perspective of the Universities and government means “more money”. From the perspective of the economy, it’s “more value”.

Granted, there will always be a best to worse scale where somewhere out there is the worst doctor based again on skill and competency, but for the most part the system worked.
In a few years will we be able to visit a doctors office and have to wonder if Dr. Jackson was the top of his class, or was he pushed through even though he really didn't comprehend the material?

In a few years will we be able to visit a doctors office and have to wonder if Dr. Jackson was the top of his class, or was he pushed through even though he really didn't comprehend the material?
Feel good lib policies often do the exact opposite of what is intended.
Now??? I might be looking for those with a "Stein" in the last name......

Granted, there will always be a best to worse scale where somewhere out there is the worst doctor based again on skill and competency, but for the most part the system worked.

Black women are the most worthless people on this planet so this will make sure that they can practice law against the US. These ugly, ignorant hags will fix all the ills that face this country.

About 2 weeks after having several surgeries where they plated everything back together, I ended up with a MRSA infection. I'm in the hospital on every antibiotic available, and the infection keeps getting worse and begins spreading.
Doctors came and went, lots of meetings and eventually everyone came to the consensus (myself included) that my leg needed to be amputated right below the knee. My wife at the time would not accept that as the final option and began calling anyone that would listen, to have them come and give second opinions. On the day that I was scheduled to have my amputation surgery, An Indian infectious disease doctor came to see me. He looked at my leg, looked at all the charts and images and called a meeting with my doctors. Long story short, he told them that he wanted to try it his way to treat the infection and that he thought he could save the leg. They had to pull out all of the hardware that was holding everything together because he felt like that was contributing to the infection, and that meant a couple of weeks in the hospital bed with no movement. End result was after finally getting the infection under control, I was able to leave with my leg intact. Had to wear a fixator for 6 months but other than some nasty scars, I eventually got back to normal. I basically owe my leg to a doctor born and educated in India who's english was hard to understand. 10 other doctors just gave up or didn't care enough to try. They all had outstanding qualifications and great ratings.
Just a few pictures for reference. Not for the queasy. I didn't post the pics from the day of the accident as they are pretty gross.
Spoiler!

This was after a few months.

One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.
Hayek and Mises were right; they're all socialists.
