It has more to do with personality types to be honest. A narcissist/sociopath/psychopath will never be happy regardless of how much money they have or acquire.
Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.

Money won't MAKE you happy, but if you were happy already, it can add a lot of awesomeness to life. You have to agree with that surely.

To summarize this thread, many people believe money can make you happy. Yes, you need to make enough to live comfortably, but beyond that adding another $10mm to your account won't provide the same level of marginal utility and instead, at some point, the slope will diminish to a point and eventually turn negative. The reason Dave Chappelle said he knows 8 billionaires and not one of them is happy is because what truly matters in life is love, health, and (for me) God, but not in that order.
A couple friends of mine from my teenage years who were twin brothers were working minimum wage jobs but they were both very artistic. They went to work in Orlando at a theme park and saw that people were face painting the girls but not the boys. They started to face paint monsters or whatever boys would like. They became famous. World famous. they traveled the world teaching classes on face painting, had books published, and were ranked at the top of all face painters in the world.
Then one of the brothers because terminally ill and on his deathbed, the money and fame didn't matter at all; the only things that mattered were the love of family and friends. So, do billionaires have closer bonds with people because of their money? Won't you always have this thought that people may be flattering you because of what you might be able to do for them since you're rich?
Do what you love and you will be good at it and you will make money. But if you devote your life to chasing after money, it will never satisfy you and there will never be enough as it makes wings like an eagle and flies away towards Heaven (Pro 23:5).

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

money won't necessarily make you happy but it isn't going to not make you happy either

Having money doesnt make you happy, sure. But it wont make you mad. Being poor, or having "just enough" will make you irate though. Thats probably why you make all these coper threads OP. Its not our fault you chose the mediocre life

I'm not exactly rich, but have enough to not worry about my future. And that does indeed provide peace.

Money gives you the chance to experience variety - whether it is traveling, buying new stuff, slootmaxxing etc. plus also giving you a piece of mind which therefore increases the quality of your life.
It is pure cope from 9-5 wagecel with mundane life's that money doesn't help.

Cash rules everything around me
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.
