The power to negotiate for scraps. You have no idea what you could have…

If only you knew what the bourgeoisie stole from you.

I think the union that use to be in existence VS now are two different things. In the building/laboring industry for example, they now exploit the organizations in a pack mentality (which is ludacris considering that 2024 has the best work practices and ethics, esp. in Australia). Again, you never see this in corporate which could come down to the types of people who work in blue collar vs white collar. However i do believe that the union is doing some good in industries like healthcare and teaching. That system is a joke and needs fixing… comparing to old mate "darren" in the laboring sector who rekons he needs $250K to scoop pelican chit off Bringelly runway for the new airport…. pathetic kunts

Why do you think you know better than the market?

Should we just appoint someone to plan the economy and prices (including wage prices) centrally? Sounds like communism.

You keep mentioning the union. Can you explain what you mean by the union
? Also , you’re correct that you never see that in corporate considering corporate cubecel wagecucks will gladly take what Mr noseberg says they will take. At least they have the endless gossip circles and HR Karen’s. Also again, there’s no need to be upset.

Sounds to me like you’re uneducated on the subject of the union and are just spewing ignorant anti-union nonsense like a good little goy. I’m not sure what you’re idea of “exploiting in a pack mentality” is, but if it’s referring to achieving a market value wage and good benefits, then yeah I guess that could be referred to as “exploiting”. Simply put, Mr noseberg wants to pay his employees the bare minimum so wage costs don’t cut too deeply into his stack of shekels. ‘The union’ will come together and demand a fair market value wage. During negotiations, evidence will be brought to the table by both the company and the union supporting their justification for the proposed wage. This evidence consists of broad regional wages (union and non) for a specific trade which is where the contract will typically end up, right along side the other brahs in the region. If an agreement cannot be made then a third party (lawyers, not affiliated with company or union) will be brought in to review the proposed wages and the evidence supporting the proposition, to which this third party will make the final decision on the wage package. So you see, no one is exploiting anyone. No one is getting absurd wage packages way above market value, that’s not how it works despite what you’ve been brainwashed into thinking by the nosebergs who simply just want maximum shekels

I dont think thats right at all, esp with the weird jew hating part (is everything okay lol?). I think corporate people have the ability to negotiate their salary a lot more… where you get the laborers who will use brute force to get more money when they're clearly not deserving of it. End of the day, the business needs them to sweep floors, cut wood, concrete so unfortunately give in. Iv met a lot of union folk in my time and they're all the same. Pretty uneducated, the type of personality where they take all and give nothing in return, think they're BeAtInG tHe MaN (or, StIcKinG It To ThA mAn), pretty pathetic. A real man in a real role negotiates the salary, has clear objectives to meet and can earn good money… and you know what, if the corporate guy doesnt like it, he doesnt cry and chant in the streets, he uses it as leverage and goes elsewhere to make a motza. Anyways, I think your jew rant makes you sleep at night but in the reality of it, being a unionist is honestly a poor mans game. Soz.

btw just on a technical discussion basis, is this 240k achieved?

if a random Aussie wants to get on a job, entry-level, he can do so right now?

or is it just discussions

or it is achieved but those already in control entry somehow? which would be a cartel?

No, its total bullchit. Unless you're some highly skilled tradie (engineer/electrical/skilled mine worker etc.), you aren't making $240k. Uniondogs think they all deserve gold bars for painting a wall or driving a street sweeper/truck spraying water but in reality they're prob on $90K max. It's always the schleppers wanting more because they know deep down they have fk all skills and cant use it to gain more money.

They are negotiating up from a current rate of $215k

You can get paid $160,000 as a traffic controller (literally holding a 2-way radio and flipping a STOP/GO lollipop sign around)
