Look at the mom's response after sentencing:

“They are punishing that he is black, they are punishing that he is large and they are punishing his disability,” the teen’s adoptive mother, Leanne Depa, said after the sentencing."

“I had told the school that being hungry was a trigger, that noise was a trigger, that being told ‘no’ was a trigger, that being corrected in front of other people was a trigger, and electronics was a huge trigger,” Leann Depa added.

Apparently, he has had numerous battery charges in the past. He should get more time in prison

HS teacher here, this is pretty insane.

I do know of a coworker who was attacked by a student. There was a brawl at the school - like 15 kids. This teacher is a big dude (like 6’3” 250 min) and tried to help. One of the kids started hitting him and as a reflex he punched the kid in the throat and basically KOd him. The kid told the principal (who luckily was an old school lady who was like 65) and she told the kid to fuk off.

This scenario was a pathetic response. This kid is murdering his teacher and these cucks SLOWLY WALK UP to help. Should have kicked the kid in the head 100% srs
