If you feel worse than op, then you are arguing my point, you know absolutely nothing about health, you cannot even help yourself with the obvious, you have no business mouthing off, instead, if you want to feel better start reading and following the advice that works, you already tried the main stream BS which clearly does not work.

I don't know how you're ascribing all of OPs symptoms to keto flu anyway, that seems dumb.

That's an angle I've been researching, but most all the programs are like $800.

Nice to see something free.

Channels like this are predatory. there's sick people look for answers, they're inundated with hundreds of videos and no idea where to start and lack the energy to figure it out. then it's a sales funnel to simplify things into some $800 program that probably doesn't work.

No, someone said they had symptoms when they cut out carbs, this seems laughable, I was simply trying to get clarification, what symptoms specifically and what macros.

I'm not too sure about anyone being "not Vaxxed" being vulnerable to CFS. However I've been extremely vulnerable to illness ever since. But saying that, Since taking 600mg of Q-10 & 10g of Creatine daily for the last 3 days has improved my fatigue tremendously.

Now is this a temporary fix? or once I stop taking these "extremely high doses" I will revert back to being unable to barely walk again is another question?

This seems to be the most concise video on the channel, but still have found nothing of "here's what you do"

I was sleeping around 6 hours on average before the bronchitis. However I would be using heaps of sleep supps to get me that amount.

I've been tested for everything, but not for diabetic... I will test for this since my palms and feet are suddenly have an "orange tone"

& As I've mentioned before. 20g Creatine + 600mg of Q-10 Daily has me recovered 80% over the week. But this could also be a band aid

I'll have a watch on this one. Thanks Man

Had a watch. He only address being aware of the stressors and how to manage them. While I do feel the over drive of adrenaline while getting smashed with a virus on top, puts your body to become unable to produce mitochondria & ATP into the muscular system.

Now this makes sense since the extreme dosing of creatine & Q enzyme 10 has a drematic effect on recovery.

Bizzare stuff.

I have been diagnosed with CFS after years of wondering what’s wrong with me, struggle to keep weight off unless I’m eating an extremely restrictive diet which isn’t maintainable and leads to yo-yo fluctuations.

I’m UK based and the only treatment offered are mental sessions of how to deal with things that are absolutely useless and a complete waste of time and energy.

I have tried a restrictive diet spent thousands on bed, bedding, pillows, air and water purifiers but still no change.

I generally go to sleep around 10:30pm and wake up around 3:30 wide awake but absolutely shattered, try to get back to sleep but it takes an hour or more, been told that’s something to do with cortisol, insulin imbalance?

Had all bloods done and everything is within range.

Been told to try meditation 3 x per day.

Feels like being a race car that burns it’s tyres off within the first few laps, then having the rest of the race (day) to go but with no tyres (energy/strength/ability).

I can do exercise at times but that effects me the rest of the day and mostly the week!

Let me ask you a question: let’s say you’re in charge of the country, and you have huge protests going on with people burning down cities and so on, and you used your police and army to arrest and put down the protests, would you then look outside at an empty street and say that there were no protests and nothing happened and everybody’s happy?

That’s what you’re doing here, you’re looking at an empty street after the protesters have been beat down and arrested, and you’re saying oh look there were no protests the empty street rules it out!

Sounds like your burnt out to be honest. Body fought off an infection for a month you’ve been working like crazy. Probably just pushed yourself way too far, potentially over sleeping from depression now. Likely lots of stress in your life now around this which isn’t helping. Positive thinking can be huge in these circumstances too. Take care of yourself mate.
