substance abuse is behind a lot of this stuff.

Not that the substances cause problems in the first place. They do escalate them to serious conflicts.

What you described sounds not only 100% justified, but it’s a pity that the retard who got shot in the head wasn’t tortured first for a while, when you run away from police, you’re endangering a lot of people by that process alone, with a gun to your head if you have Enough stupidity to say nope, you deserve all what’s coming to you and more,

I would give that cop a raise, and promotion.

Yeah, that's the problem. They get too far gone. He was a miscer too. Knew a hbb from a few dates, solid 9/10, her whole family were D1 football players, all of em got hooked.
