btw just stopped by to say if the 49ers can't win it this year(and it's looking like it's not meant to be this season) I hope you guys win the ship. Great defense and would like to see Steve Smith get a ring.
Plus Saint/Seattle fans already think they have the whole thing won so I'd love to see them have some humble pie.

There's no reason we shouldn't win this game. Brady will move it, fine whatever, but they can't move it near our goalline. Offense needs to get TDs and this game is over.

What a win, brahs. Cam made the biggest stage his own. What a freakin win! And with no run game to speak of as well.
Hope CJ has no long term effects of that cheap shot. Glad to see him come back into the game, just hope it doesn't linger.

CAM NEWTON WON THAT GAME…that 3rd down scramble where he broke about 4 tackles in the back field was nothing short of unbelievable..after all the haters (suck my DICK rodney harrison!) and even myself doubting his ability to carry a game late…he shoved it right down everyone's throat. good for you cam.
what a game, i was on the edge of my seat the whole time. that was a superbowl quality atmopshere/game in my opinion.
not going to address the last play, anybody can say what they want, panthers still have the W.
fukkkkk brahs im getting peppered for a playoff run no joke

So we've been on a 5 game streak since I started wearing my new white Kuechly jersey on game days. But everyone is wearing black today and my only black jersey is Steve smith and we've been terrible since I got them. (Jimmy clausen era) wut do misc?

Pointless trying to defend the last play in all of the other threads and it doesn't matter either way. I'd have rather had a clean win but we played more than good enough to beat them and we came out on top. I ain't even mad. Pathetic the spoiled children mentality that most of these good franchises fanbases have but I'm glad that even in the down years Panthers brahs have never had that level of *******ry.
Can't believe I passed up tickets to tonights games for Saints tickets, though!

the win was clean, even if they keep the flag the pats still HAVE to score on the next play. they can talk about it all they want and it won't change the outcome one bit.

Well boys we said if we could win 2 of the 4 between SF/NE/NO/NO that we'd have a real shot at the playoffs… and at worst we'll do that. If we can take care of business against the weak links left on our schedule it's gonna be a hell of a ride!

I know I have posted several Grantland articles (I swear I don't work them), but here is a great little read on Smitty:

Emphasis mine, but lol

There are a lot of players for whom this type of **** would seem some combination of dirty and excessive, but for Smith, it has always felt one-part insanity, two-parts strategy. Watch Talib in that GIF. He loses his mind.
The game was a few minutes old, and Smith had his feet up on an ottoman in Talib’s head.
Belichick even had to take him off the field for a handful of plays to calm him down.

remember in 2004 when we were gonna make the playoffs and we played the saints week 16
both teams go into the game at 7-9 and the winner goes to the playoffs, saints kick a game winning field goal. fuark.
edit- as you were, saints win, they didnt even get to go to the playoffs bc they lost the tiebreaker to the rams, so they were just being *******s.
a couple years ago i seent steve buereuruline at black finn. i told him his jersey still hangs proudly at the applebees in rock hill.

I haven't thought of this for some reason, but mentioned on the radio today…
That lineman from NE that took that cheap shot on Johnson should have been flagged for 15 yards if caught. NE scored a TD on that drive. If we had lost the game, no one would be talking about that at all.
I know it's not as blatant of a situation as the ending possible no call, but the Patriots got away with that one, which was huge because it took one of our best players out as well, yet Patriots fans don't have **** to say about it.
