I see your point. There is no need for veg/vegan options to imitate the shape and consistency of real meat. However, the more recent vegan/veg options are actually pretty tasty. Beyond the Meat burgers are fantastic. For me, it's just a way to put something between two pieces of bread, and add sauces/garnishes. I'm not vegan, and I do eat some fish, but I've found veg options to be very appealing of late.

That's the problem. You don't just stop eating meat, you regulate more, give out harsher sentences for mistreatment. But, the government isn't going to hound these corporations who are hiring uneducated and sometimes psychotic people for cheap labor.

I've chatted to butchers and a guy who worked at an abattoir and basically you have workers who are borderline serial killers but use animals instead to satiate their need for torture. It's sickening but even worse in third world countries. You have dogs just being skinned alive for food, you just don't want to know what really goes on in some countries.

All you can do is research where you're getting your products to the best of your ability and select the best environment.

People have to be prepared to pay higher costs if they want higher quality and more humanly raised/killed products on their store shelves. Since they don't we'll continue to see the same stories as presented in the OP as we have been seeing since the beginning of corporate food production.

I am willing to pay a premium if it's guaranteed they are disposed of as humanly as possible, but as you know most of the world is filled with bums who will object even if that premium is an extra 2% on their meat. I mean you have it with free-range eggs, something along those lines. However you'd need a governing body to constantly inspect to make sure they are honoring their labels/treatment.

Other things you can do is support any laws or movement that promotes harsher penalties for companies with gross mistreatment/cruelty or at least shine the light when they are exposed on the internet so people may stop buying from them. But going on this thread, that tactic won't work either lol.

I mean you are correct and for a lot of animal products grocery stories use the good,better,best marketing setup where you can pay more for what is labeled as humanly raised grass fed beef etc but as long as there is demand for the cheapest possible product it will exist.

Honestly the only thing that will work is an actual crack down on illegal immigration which will dry up the workforce which will force wages to be raised to attract workers which will raise the costs of products. Abuse will still exist but it will be the exception not the rule.

Store bought nut milk (get low sugar) with added coconut milk/cream for the calories. Good fats for high T levels.

Can also make your own nut milk with blended nuts. Legit just blend nuts with water. Macadamia milk is creamy and tasty as fuk srs.

Modern genetically improved dairy cows continue to lactate throughout almost the entire pregnancy. Therefore, recent commercial cow's milk contains large amounts of estrogens and progesterone.
Why would raw milk not have this. Logic not even once - raw milk is the step before pasteurization. pasteurization doesnt add hormones - the hormones are already in the milk. If anything - raw milk may have MORE hormones due to being less processed.

If the cow is sick or infected it is immediately pulled from the line. All of the milk is thoroughly tested. If there is any hormones found all of the milk is garbage

This study isnt referencing added hormones. The hormones are therenaturally from the cow.

I know a lot of dairy cows in the US are injected with Bovine ****totropin to increase milk production 10-25%.

This increases the amount of estrogen, progesterone and other hormones in the milk. In Canada it's illegal to use

Can you not read? Not only does it come from a **** source but pasteurization kills everything that makes milk good.

Raw milk from a properly raised cow will be completely healthy.
