1. Ruptured disc in lower back, bed ridden for days on end hardly able to move, every single tiny movement was excruciating , it sent shocks and jolts of pain all over my body. 10/10 pain for sure.
2. Pinched nerve in my neck
Nothing else major, thankfully.

Have had a minor fracture, nasty sprained ankle (foot was floppy, needed hospital) and a dental abscess but I think the most painful was as a kid bursting the top joint of my finger open by mis-swinging an small axe, trapping the finger between the shaft and the log. Hurt like a bish. Absolutely nothing compared to the horrorshow some of you brahs have been through though.

When i woke up from my l5/s1 discectomy. I had been taking too much of my pain meds in the months leading up to surgery so the pain meds they gave me werent cutting it. I ended up getting 5 injections of dilaudid to ease the pain. Then they gave me a lortab and told me i could discharge after i walked around and pissed a little. but the pain was 10/10. I couldnt speak at all. All i can remember was "holy fukking fukk this is the worst pain ive ever felt. I was trying to push my upper body up to easy some pressure but i'm sure that wsnt helping. And maaaaaaaaaaaaan were the next few days terrible

But since kidney stones are calcium deposits, i would think that high calcium diets or maybe somethign that depletes the bones of calcium are more to blameA lot of people seem to get them from drinking carbonated stuff.

They literally had to stick a scope straight up my dickhole and chop it up with a laser. Luckily, I was under anesthesia. They had to put a stent in my ureter to keep it open because the giant stone cut it up so bad it swelled shut. Woke up and they said I had to piss ASAP. Tried to piss and it was like pissing beach sand mixed with blood and piss. Looked like carrot juice lol.
2 weeks later I had to get the stent out. The doc said he would numb me up to do so. Turns out, it was only numbing gel on a q tip that he stuck in my dickhole while I was awake in the saddle chair. Then he grabs this big scope and shoves it right up my dickhole. I yelled “HOLY FUK”. He grabbed the stent with the scope and pulled it out like he was starting a lawnmower. Little did I know, the stent was like 8” long lol. Then I just started uncontrollably pissing into this drain pan. It was one of the worst things ever. Went home, took some morphine that they gave me, and curled up in the fetal position on the couch for the rest of the day.

Another time I vomited due to the pain. It's that painful. I can honestly say I've had 8-10 kidney stones in my life. When I feel it coming I just drink shots of tequila to numb my body. Usually does the trick. At this point I drink about 95% water and I still get them. Guess I'm cursed.

I laid in bed literally whimpering, in agonizing pain almost all night long cause the gas in my stomach was so bad.
Was even to the point where I thought I was dying and ready to call an ambulance.
I've broken bones, torn rotator cuff, and they all pale in comparison to the pain I was feeling that night.

Natural childbirth, cancer removal and repair. Injections into keloids. It's a difficult choice. Surgery without anaesthesia wins.

1st place was getting my tonsils out when I was a teenager. Was lucky that I had enough pain meds to knock me out so I could sleep through it. First and only time I had morphine and totally understand why people could get hooked to that stuff.
2nd place was food poisoning from a can of chili that likely had a small opening in it causing bacteria to grow. Legit almost wanted to die because I felt like absolute crap and was so weak I could barely get myself to put my ass over the toilet seat. Then having to throw up into sh*t filled toilet with uncontrollable vomiting while every muscle in my body ached was pretty terrible.
3rd place was probably wisdom teeth.

Two main things that come to mind.
1. College soccer. Practice. Coach put me at center back for some reason. Things were getting intense. Someone plays a ball to the forward in front of me. His back is to me and when the ball got to his foot, he flicked it to his left and it was in the air when I poked it away while he was swinging full force at the ball. That made him whiff and he hit me full force in the dick and balls. I almost threw up, rolled about half the field, didn't practice the rest of the day because the pain was unbearable, and i still have markings from the spikes hitting my sack and dick. It pinched nerves so for months I had red inflamed nerves on my dick and balls. Was awful.
2. Wisdom teeth pulled. The initial pain was bad because they were growing into my molars. No pain medication did anything. Then After I finally got them out everything seemed fine. I didn't get a dry socket like everyone told me could happen, which is painful. I had the most intense jaw pain of my life. The bottom of my teeth and jaw were in the most intense throbbing pain for almost 2 weeks on and off. They told me it was my teeth settling after the surgery. I don't wish that pain on anyone. I'm sure there are a lot of stuff that hurts way worse and is more miserable, but it the pain radiated to my head and was almost debilitating from sleeping, to eating, to just functioning.
I also know a buddy who has chronic kidney stone issues, and I've never seen a man (who's an OG in the army) be so crippled from pain. I hope I never have a kidney stone.
