I think the only thing that can possibly make sense is he gtfo 1 week ago when he first got back (sept 11th)

And everyone just assumed he was camping out in the house.

In this case he has a good week head start.

Given his background, probably camping out in the middle of nowhere with wilderness supplies to last a while.

This gonna be interesting.

Question: I assume his parents just claim ignorance and are not in legal jeopardy? This is like the movie alpha dog (sick movie btw) where the parents probably know, but this cannot be proven.

The guy should have disappeared during the road trip.
People go into those national parks and forests and they are never seen again.
That was his best shot of disappearing.

Only thing I can think of is that he came home, told his family what happened, they made some quick arrangements to get him out of the country and he has been gone since then. Parents decide he had enough of a head start to escape by now and are finally cooperating with the police to appear innocent.

i think the later. he killed the two, she's freaking out about it and he ends up killing her because she's a nervous wreck and was telling him to turn himself in

with no body found, he'll end up free and clear of anything.

Probably would have to do it w/o passport because that's traceable. Maybe he went down to Del Rio and crossed the border into Mexico

He's so screwed we're seeing into the future and he does not survive this.

Also how the hell do they lose track of the guy shame on LEO.
would be interesting if they can get a warrant to go through his phone, or even see if they can pin point his location via GPS/cellphone ping

I mean it’s true he’s eluding them.

But he’s not really under investigation as a suspect because there’s no crime yet so can they actually consider this as eluding the police? How can you elude the police when there’s no official crime?

He’s basically just going about his life and is free to do what he wants. He already invoked the 5th amendment so he’s basically already told them he isn’t interested in speaking with them which he’s also legally allowed to do.

From a legal perspective I don’t see how this can be considered eluding police (even if he is eluding them in reality)

So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

This sounds plausible.
None of the authorities ever saw him since he returned home from what I’ve seen. He may not have even been there when they first arrived and the parents told them they lawyered up.

So really, it’s possible they were watching the house but by the time the missing report was filed he had already come home, lawyered up, and left already and the parents bought him more time pretending he was there by the time police even knew it was a case.

He had 10 days from returning home 9/1 to the missing report filed 9/11

Hard to know right now

Something tells me that the FBI knows something pretty big that they haven't shared. They know Brian invoked the 5th, so to put it out there that this, it's possibly to make an arrest without trying to spook him. Especially when they said they expected him to be home when they did the search today. Like a "hey buddy, we just want to make sure you're safe too" ... "oh, and btw, we found the body. You're under arrest." lmao

Either Law Enforcement is playing games with the suspect (they do this, especially with the unknowing help of the media) or more likely, Law Enforcement FKED UP BIGTIME and lost their prime suspect. Imagine thinking for a week that a suspect was in one location, planning an imminent arrest, then finding out he was making a getaway the entire time. Major FKUP. You look at the faces of those officers leaving the house and they definitely look like they arent playing games, they screwed the pooch big time. This kid probably stocked up on food and boy scout equipment and is living off in the middle of nowhere right now. For awhile I thought this case was a bunch of BS played up by the media in a boring news cycle, but it turns out this story has legs.

Not sure if true, but NYPost covered it. She has a total of 4 videos posted about her encounter.

Unfortunately, per the usual on tik tok, she is a complete degenerate moron. Her story is basically "yeah like he got in, asked to go to Jackson, blah blah blah, then later we're driving and I say hey we're near Jackson and he freaked out and wanted to turn around and leave..." The first half of her story makes no sense when connected to the 2nd half of the story, and either she's too stupid to realize that or too lazy to address it. Either way, it could be true. Another dude claims to have seen Brian at a gas station in Jackson around the same time. Unfortunately, often times the best so-called eyewitness accounts are from dumbasses that make the important info nearly useless.

What does everyone think of the theory that they both planned to do this to grow their YouTube channel? But they didn’t think it would get this much attention and now don’t know what to do.
