Actually, it's been noted that Vince will hire Hollywood writers, but only if you've never been involved with wrestling before. I never could understand why he wouldn't want writers with wrestling experience. Strange man that Vince.

Did you see his scenes in "Beyond the Mat"? He said some weird **** like, "Once you get past the wrestling, you see what we really do here. We make movies…" I mean, damn Vince, you own damn near all the wrestling in North America, have a little frickin' pride in the product. DOn't act like it's a just a side show or a hook to something bigger. Wrestling is enough and it's just fine, thanks.

If you refer to a fighter who you've never met in real life as "my boy" as though their performance somehow reflects well on you for simply being a fan, you're a lame ass.
