Edit- Captain was John Grudens defensive Gruden grinder of the week.

Yup.

Win next week and we're in.

Win next week AND @ Atlanta(very doable if we can start converting these red zone opportunities like we used to with ease) and we're not only in, we're the ****ing #2 seed. mind is BLOWN we control our own destiny for a ****in playoff bye after the start we had this season..

Even a loss next week and a win week 17, we're in. But phuark the 2 seed would be so damn good.

We have an "ice up,son" T-shirt. SWEEEEET.

really hope we can beat the saints. I want no part of possibly going back to that cess pool called NO to play. Saints are scitzo, they can lose to the jets and rams on the road then cream anyone in that dome. Maybe sean peyton has bugs in the opposing dressing rooms? Even their D plays better in a dome.

If we don't beat the falcons we should hang ourselves.

The offense hasn't really been clicking that well the past few weeks. Hope they come out better this weekend than they have recently. Can't settle for field goals at all.

Even with that, the Saints have struggled like crazy on the road this season. Trying not to feel confident, especially since they whooped us 2 weeks ago… but still, I think we got this.

remember when I said that Jstew ****ing sucked and was worthless and would definitely get hurt again and worth trading for 5cents on dollar ……….so that we could make a 4 cent profit ?

yeah well I told you so.

while ties might be able to help us get in………………ties in the NFL are so stupid are need to be gotten rid of

We've been very fortunate with players available with our early picks for the last couple of years. Given how shoddy our interior line has been in recent history he was a no brainer and I'm hoping we don't look back for a loooooooong time.

On a related note my Ice Up Son shirt came in today. Probably swap my avi to it soon and definitely wearing it to the game Sunday hoping Brees can feel some pain. So pumped about this upcoming weekend.

Some genius made these up right after the game. Went viral and somebody on Yahoo! picked it up. Link to purchase is in the article.

And my shirt came in. It's sweet, no doubt. The blue lettering is a little more Tarheel blue than Panther blue but a sweet shirt none the less.

Was in my kitchen this morning so I couldn't hear it very well but Herm Edwards was on ESPN and I'm pretty sure when asked about the Panthers/Saints matchup he said definitively that the Panthers were the better team and they'd find a way to win at home.

Hope he's right! But man it feels good to have a legit analyst say that we're better. Finally some respect given. I'm not sure I even 100% believe it myself, but it feels damn good either way.

I saw on ESPN that a rookie was going to be starting vs the Kracken. I feel like the guy must be legit though in order for the saints to make this switch

I hope so, although this week Hardy seems more worried about his new upcoming contract than the Saints.

God, I hope we win.

So Bill Barnwell did an analysis of home field advantage and found that the Panthers had the worst in the NFL.

Kind of made me lulz.
