LMFAOOOO holy fuk....

Also from seeing ur pics I think you could use a nose job more than whatever the fuk this is. Less recovery time and will prob impact your face more. I guess you're already sold on this so I hope your recovery is speedy and you don't puke up too much blood. I think you should tell your mom once the worst is over since it'll probably be hard to keep this from her when she sees you

Stay away from losers like DirtyDon who will always try to sabotage your success and will try to make you feel less than you are or that you aren't good enough, work both hard and smart, be ready to feel uncomfortable and stay out of your comfort zone, learn to take decisions and stand up for yourself, always remind yourself the world belongs to those who take the extra mile.

I'll always see my weak points before you, because I am not a sensitive ******* and I'm very honest with myself. I don't think I have a big nose and I don't want a nose job. I like my face the way it looks and don't chase any ''plastic surgery diva'' look to modify my face for no reasons. This is a health surgery, if I wasn't scared for my teeth, I would be like fuk it.

I like my chin and my sharp jaw, I find them aesthetic. Yes, I am pretty conservative, I don't like being or looking vulgar, I'm down to earth, hard-working, very family oriented, I like a guy who talks less and does more, I don't want him to be extremely romantic or 10/10 in looks, the most romanian saying goes like '' a man must be a bit more handsome than satan '' aka '' the way a man looks is the least important aspect '' and I agree, but he must be groomed and healthy. I'm actually pretty conservative regarding values, Romania is still a very conservative country, sloot shaming is still a thing, traditional family is still a thing, not many women want to be 10kday/ CEO, most still want to marry, etc.
I still want to be 10kday/CEO but also would like a traditional family.

The type of men I like actually look for girls like me. I have my insecurities and weaknesses and sometimes I fuk things up, but I'll always be the last one to be a helpless victim. It's just my personality, I'm strong and I like this about myself.
(Again, you feel the need to tell us how much men IRL like you.)

In your previous posts, IMO you displayed a pretty masculine personality. ITT you seem far more feminine, that was my point.

Anyway, I'm off to bed. Good luck with the surgery.

My cousin had jaw surgery long time ago (I think like 2002/2003). His mouth was wired shut for 8 weeks, so he lost a ton of weight very quickly. He loved that part, but living off a liquid diet for 2 months was torture, according to him.

His jaw still looks great today

had the same / similar surgery when I was 19 (to fix a bit of an underbite, lower jaw broken and moved forward. All good now)

In the grand scheme of things, it's not that bad. Recoverys a bit of a bitch as (if things are the same still) you get your jaw/teeth some what locked/wired together in order to let the bones properly set. means a whole load of meal replacement shakes/liquid food, gets boring fast. Then you slowly have to re-stretch your jaw muscles to be able to fully open your mouth as far as it should go.
Also about a week or so of having to sleep upright.
Make sure you get some after pics too, because the swelling looks hilarious. A good week or 2 of walking around with the facial aesthetics of the star wars kid / jabba the hut.

There's not much pain involved. I mean it's sore and achey but nothing extreme.

You might get a little bit of nerve damage/bruising, which could create some numbness (happened to me, just under the left corner of my mouth/lowerlip) that should go away over time, or you'll maybe have 1-2% less sensation in a very localized area, very minor.

Thats all i can think of off the top of my head. Like i said, it's not that bad, glad i had it done and got it out of the way. By about the 6 - 8 week mark I'd say i was back to normal/mostly healed.

It's not the bleeding that hurts, it's the pressure of the blood in the cheeck that hurts. Got some morfine, but didn't do much. after 24h and a lot of ice the swelling came down and so did the pain
I was told that this was rly exceptional, so i wouldn't worry to much

Oh ye: you can't puke, your mouth is fixated, so try not to puke, that would not be good.

Someone had to take up the mantle.

Women like it when you are nice to them, and don't make a big fuss if she confesses that she got drunk and gave a guy a blowjob in a nightclub toilet.

You guys could learn a thing or 2 from JaymzJ and I.

I had a talk with my surgeon yesterday, he operates with a new technique, no more wired jaw, soft elastics to give me an insight about how much should I press, the liquid diet/very soft meals stays, but I will be able to wash my teeth better than with my jaws wired and he said that I can see immediately if my cross bite is fixed, so if he is not pleased, he gets me back in the surgery room, opens jaw again, rearrange, back to intensive care. He told me the old technique is no longer good, he's one of the best surgeons in Europe and has clinics in 4 capitals in Europe, the most humble human being.
Happy for your cousin <3

Thank you for your input, the fact that you're happy with it gives me more courage.Doc said at least 4 week recovery and that my mental state dictates how I will heal, some people are on their feet and talking and doing facial exercises few days after, some are on their bed for 2 months.

My mouth will not be completely wired, doc uses a new technique, he told me the vomiting part comes not from getting blood inside, but because your sinuses swollen and the antibiotic they apply has an iron/weird taste which triggers your vomiting. He said that if I vomit it will be ok, I won't break any stitches

Today is the EKG and X-rays day, yeyI'm a bit scared, never did those before and they will undress me, lol. I'm pretty shy

UPDATE 14/07/2017. Yesterday I had my EKG and I had to get get naked, the nurse was very cute and wasn't embarrassed at all. Today however I had to do the cardio-pulmonary X-rays and both the doctor and his assistant were males, I got next to the X-ray machine covering my boobs with my hand and asking if is there a female doctor. He said he's my doctor and I shouldn't be ashamed, because it is only a procedure. He then moved my body, I had to bend my back forward with the hands on my hips and he checked if my position was correct by looking from sides. Had to stay like this to capture my lungs and heart. I was looking down the whole time lol.
Will post x-rays too. They were around 60 euros both.

Had to stay like this to capture my lungs and heart. I was looking down the whole time lol.

I had it today, they made my “feel no pain meds” double. I can feel where he cut and some parts or my face are numb. I cried few hours ago when is se myself in the selfie mode on my phone. The face is so deformed i’m hardly recognizble. No puke but the blood got out through my nose. Pretty ashamed cause everybody saw my boobs in the hospital when they started to monitor means they changed in my sleep the pijama they operate on, looking like a dress. So the doc would push pull my boob to stick some circles under them etc etc. I cried before the surgery so The doc saw and she injected 2mg something and i became very happy and very sad in the same moment, but i could not move.
I am ok, it hurts still and i expected no pain, but i am also much stronger than i expected. I eill post pics when i get home

Biggest discomfort is that i wake up from time to time and i sleep again, but i need to be checked and they wake me up. Also, cant eat or drink, i feel so much pressure. Had soup with a straw. The hospital is private and people are extremely helpful, would recomand it 10/10, price with the clinic and hospital with everything included is 5 k euros.

Lol, they didn’t make you change out of your clothes and into the operating gown before the surgery? Are these pics gonna be of your swollen face? (Or your boobs?)
