If a cop tells you to do something you do it. It's that simple. That's what comes with police powers. You follow police orders or you can be charged with a great law that was adopted many, many years ago.

From the get go the kid should of gotten out of the car and followed orders. When you received your drivers license you signed your rights away while driving. Driving is a privilege, not a right. If you're ordered out of the car, get the heck out. Deal with what has to be dealt with, and fight it later.

The ending was brutal.

The kid's right hand side window was broken and wouldn't roll down all the way. He tried to explain this to the cop(YOU CAN EVEN HEAR THIS IN THE VIDEO) in the 2 seconds before the cop lost his cool and went around to the other side to drag the kid outa the car. The kid hadn't done anything wrong for the stop in the first place, the stop was unwarranted in the first place, and the kid got confused and scared after the cop lost his cool.

Regardless of your opinion, the fact remains that he killed someone with a TASER in anger, and then when it was clearly evident the kid was dead or at least in serious distress he mocked him, picked him up and then slammed him on the ground.

He said he smelled marijuana but there was no marijuana in the car or in the kid's system - drug test came back neg.
