If I didn't have a history of benching over 300 and stated I won't settle for not benching 300 then that would be unrealistic.

If I state I have a lifting experience of X. Whatever X may be then it's not unreasonable to continue with my expectation.

I typically like +/- 10yrs. So 38 to 58.

If a girl really stands out I'll go lower but I really don't think I'd want to date someone in their 20's.

I went out with a WNBA player a couple years ago. She really wanted to date me. I took her out one night I think she was like 23 or 24.

We went dancing the band started playing Night Fever. She goes wow this is a good song who sings it. I said The Bee Gees. She said who???

I was done. I took her home and despite her interest never asked her out again.

Well it's like this. Until I actually meet them I don't know if I'm truly interested or attracted at all.

Everything up to this point is window shopping. Since probably only 1 or 2 out of 10 dates go to a second date I am best served seeing as many as I can to filter them out.

She texted me. Said she has too much work today asked if we could do it next week.

The ones I listed are non negotiable. Everything else gets determined as I go.

Of course loyalty matters. Not sure how much I care about her empathy level. Respect is earned not given so again these are basics that everyone expects. If I'm handling my schit yes she should be respectful. But I also want someone that's going to call me out on my schit if she sees me going sideways.

Ideally I want someone equally beautiful inside as outside. But I won't budge much on the outside.

I absolutely without exception let a woman know I will not have a fat long term partner. If she gains weight she's gone. Once we start to get serious I lay out my expectations.

Honestly I’m with Lucifer, he lists ideals that are IMHO important in a partner and that includes empathy...it’s empathy that allows a partner to call you out on your chit not lack of it ..yeah it needs to be wrapped up in an attractive package ideally.

What would happen if that blonde you regularly post as your oneitis gained weight then?

And how come they can’t but you can? What makes weight a non negotiable when they can lose it as well as you can ...people go through different stages of life, sometimes some things can lead to a weight increase for some people

I'm 6' and weigh under 200 at 48.

I lift and am athletic. Body wise not many guys my age better unless the ride bikes.

Not as fat as you think. And yes I've got plenty of in shape women. Always have always will.

My number one regret from my marriage is that I got fat. That's the one thing I honestly did to my ex that was completely unfair.

I maintain my weight within a reasonable range.

I weighed less when we ended than when we met.

If she gained weight then we would have to talk and establish a plan for her to lose it which would include me helping her thru my actions and support. It wouldn't be me saying you go do this while I eat crap in front of you.

But if it got to the point I didn't want to phuck her
Then I would end the relationship. There's no point in staying together if you no longer desire the other person which goes both ways.

I know it's my responsibility to take care of my half of the equation and be the best me I can be. My partner deserves that effort. I expect the same in return.

But lastly and it's my only double standard I impose. It's much more important for a woman to be in shape than a man.

My Friday date is moving to Saturday or Sunday I wasn't ready to watch her grown children's band. Too early for that.

But I just got off the phone with this other girl that sounds like a 10/10 personality. No kids, my age, athletic. But not sure yet if physical attraction is high enough. She did mention the crazy hot scale which is a bonus.

I'm seeing crossfit girl tomorrow.

I have a few other girls who just messaged me. So now it's getting too busy.
