I dont understand kids who spend their youth being fat and out of shape. It blows my mind, something as simple as following a balanced diet and just walking more can maintain a healthy body composition, and people are still too lazy to even do that.
It's the emotional addiction to food and society lying to them saying their good just the way they are, when really they should be pushing kids to be the best they can be. I've had people try to argue with me sayin "i dont have a reason to get jacked anymore, im not in sports like i was in high school" how pathetic is that ? Just lol at the excuse of not having time, you dont have time to fckin eat controlled portions ???

"Later in life".
Mid 30s.
Pick 1.
That said, truly sad to see young kids in their teens and twenties unable to perform basic bodily functions like kneeling to sit on the floor or get up in an elegant manner.

When all that says 'it is good' has been debunked, what says 'I want' remains.

The fukked up part is they would be pissed if their partner said something similar to what they have said to a broad. Seriously people turn to bloated messes after 25 if they dont take care of themselves.
With a female, it's just sad. Now if you bust their balls about it, you have to be subtle about it. Like, "You're 26 in November, it's all downhill for you now, soon you'll experience the "polite" laugh when you're flirting with guys."
She works out, but unfortunately has a ****ty diet, and likes the bars on her days off.

I just turned 29 and i'm working towards being in the best shape of my life. I used to be a year round swimmer. I fell of big time in my late teens/early 20s. now i'm hitting the gym hard 3-4 times a week and playing soccer 1-2 times a week. I'm starting to feel pretty good! and seeing some results.
This might sound funny, but a big motivation for me to hit the gym and improve my diet was upping my contributions to my retirement accounts. i'm essentially taking a pay cut today so that I will have more money later on in my life, and I will be damned if i won't live long enough and be healthy enough to enjoy that money I am putting away.

Choice is yours.
.You do not have to do hours and hours of cardio to drop weight. Being able to juggle a career, still be sociable, and keep yourself in somewhat decent shape really stands out with people. But most importantly, youre in good health.

The funny part is people don't say much until they find out how old I am. Most assume I'm mid or late 20s max, and when they find out otherwise it's amazing the sudden change in the way they act.

In the long run, that can only go so far. Exercising has to be something you genuinely enjoy, try to get better at, see it as mental/emotional therapy that come along the physical benifits

[QUOTE=TrinnieBuu;1555138221]30s isnโt old. But this is why I 100% check out men who are in their 40s and still look better than most men in their 20s. Also the reason why I wonโt date anyone who doesnโt lift and has something to show for it. People who arenโt lifting and fit in their 20s or 30s are unlikely to pick it up later, it happens, but very rarely. Some people think itโs vain and shallow, but really do you want to marry someone when you know that most likely they will gain 20-30 lb of pure fat, and youโll become unattracted to them?
40's you say? hmmm, so when will you be in the OC next?

I never had visible abs...NEVER until I decided to have them appear for my 54th birthday.
Succeed I did. Now I can see them even when I'm a bit too fluffy.
I then had a goal, and I was never big a goal setting person, to win a Maters bodybuilding contest by 60. I missed it by one year...but succeed I did late.
Liking you abs goal...a lot!

Eventually i competed in Masters bodybuilding at 58.
I've competed 4 time;
Masters Over 50 BB @ 58..2nd place
Masters Over 50 BB @59... 4th place
Men's Physique over 45 @ 61 ..9th place aka LAST
6 weeks later;
Masters BB Over 60 @ 62..1st place...See avi for condition.
Oh and the sig happened the week after that loss.
