Excited about this pick. I think that Benjamin has legit WR1 potential and also has a high floor due to his size/athleticism combo. He doesn't have to get a ton of separation due to his size. He requires a safety over the top on deep routes because no corner has the size to make plays on balls that he can make. He can block on the edge. He's "raw", but we don't have a super complex passing attack anyway. He will be good for us, especially in the area we need help the most, the redzone.

I don't agree with this pick what so ever, we need offense but if they were gonna go defense why not a corner?

The Carolina Panthers are still nowhere near reaching an agreement with Greg Hardy. 10 of Hard's sacks came in just 3 games. In those games, he was a mismatch for rookies and had the benefit of facing below satisfactory offensive lines. In big games, however, Hardy was often shut down. Of those big games, each one resulted in a loss for the Carolina Panthers.
