I don't have an issue (as in drift), just find them absolutely dogchit to play with lol

I seriously am sinking time into Metroid dread and I love every second of it so far. I use a pro controller and parrying is fun when you can execute it.

i bet the 3d mario teams new game will release this year. this fall will be 5 years since Odyssey, and Bowsers Fury wasn't a full game, even though it was great.

Metroid dread is confusing at first but the map shrinking and the breadcrumbing of collectibles really help you when you are not site where to go or go back to. Get one suit here, then go back and use it there, you need one thing to get through one area to get the other thing. But really if tells you where to go next in subtle ways it’s such a deep game that borrows heavily from the overall rich history of the genre to make the perfect Metroid experience !

since I've finally gotten hands on a Series X my Switch has been collecting dust and I don't see anything coming soon that might change that

did see this announcement, played the first one on Switch and it was a pretty fun indie game



I used to get all these low demanding games on Switch but for longevity I think I'll switch (lol) to getting them on Series X now since that system will certainly outlive the Switch and knowing Nintendo I don't see them carry over games bought on previous systems like Microsoft does

so I'll only use my Switch for exclusives, still waiting on dat dere Sports Story that still doesn't have a release date smh

It’ll be the best Kirby game ever released. Srs

I’ll be complete in Metroid by then 100%

I love beating a boss and getting a badass ability to use in places you couldn’t previously enter. I know this isn’t a new formula but I wasn’t all in on Hollow Knight and I gave up in Ori over progression confusion. This one it’s not nearly as dull or a grind. I can’t explain but it’s greater and less confusing finding where to go back to once you get the proper ability.

That’s a fine idea. I even wrote Jenny and told her all about it.

Activating the omega cannon in Metroid dread is giving me some trouble. It’s the only way to defeat the earlier emmis. You need to aim the laser (L) and hold right on their red dot???!!?? It’s tricky to pinpoint and even do hit Y at same time.

no incentive if you have an Xbox though since there's a (imo) far superior version available through Rare Replay or XBLA

but at least they're adding something, curious how poorly emulated it'll be lol

Yeah I’m not ready to bite on it yet. Srs. Won’t there be patches and more sega/n64 titles added to the library over time? Or is it staying the same like a ps plus collection type deal?

they'll add new games to it occasionally but the issue is it's completely random which and when

and what patches are concerned I don't even know, the games technically "work" but a lot of them are the worst possible version out there

complete chit show

I have the subscription but barely even used it after the first week

in Europe (Belgium at least) it's "only" € 20 extra a year so it's not that bad, but still so much wasted potential

have you seen this puppy? reviewers say the rumble is great, has gyro bult-in + you can still charge the switch with it connected (not docked tho)

I never play mine undocked.

Ever notice switch fans are never the aggressors? Xbox vs PlayStation both sides will snip at each other console wars but Nintendo fans nah we’re sweet. The fan base is the most peaceful. The fans are the positive ones. Nintendo has the real gamers imo.

I asked my best friend if I could borrow his wife’s extra pro controller for the gaming party tonight. Looks like we’re getting a direct tomorrow. The focus is on games they’re releasing first half 2022. So Kirby and Triangle Strategy plus some filler
