This is unsustainable, impulsive behavior from somebody who is lazy and not willing to put in the work. Extreme dieting, like what he's suggesting is completely unnecessary and given his propensity to quit at the slightest hint of difficulty, he's bound to fail. While he's overweight, he's not morbidly obese. He just needs to eat 500 calories below his rmr, and then do an hour of walking to get to around a 1000 calorie daily deficit. Eight pounds a month, six months and he'll be in good shape.

This is actually the best advice he's gonna get but due to his issues, he'll completely ignore it and provide an excuse for why he won't do it.

I have no excuses why I wont do it, I dont want to bother to do the math on whatever that works out to be in 6 months, but my ultimate weight loss goal is to be like 140 lbs and then start weight training and get to like 175, sounds good on paper I know and easier said than done.

Just skip breakfast and limit ur added sugar intake to under 25g

Don’t worry about the cited 10k steps per day for now just do 6k … the important thing is simply building the habit at this stage .. even 4k is fine for now

U should lose the weight if u stick to all of this

u don't know what u are talking about son the -500 per day works for the normies sure but extreme people like johnvee he can't do normal stuff he want's fast results and a challenge that's how he works u gotta tailor the diet to the individual

also 5:2 is nothing extreme lmao many people around the world do it also it's a similar -500 kcal deficit per day if u average it out

it's a great choice for johnathan because it's really simple and harmless

You mean if he shows consistency and discipline? What diet he's on is completely irrelevant if he lacks the will to follow through. You'd have a better chance of ripping a Shekel from Ben Shapiro's hand.

Well you're a fucking moron too then.

"He's not a normie"

"He's an extreme person"

"He cant do normal stuff"

"He wants fast results"

He's a lazy unmotivated selfish piece of shit who wants an easy way to achieve results without actually having to try. I'll bump this thread in six months when he's still sitting in his own filth, playing with his man tits and not having showered for a month.

Yeah I want fast results, people will volunteer advice that works FOR THEM, or it may not be something they tried but looks good in theory, obviously anyone wanting to be a bodybuilder would be mr. olympia if that worked.

all well and good but u don't take into account the bad habits he has acquired they are very strong and part of his routine now making small changes will just get dwarfed by his daily routine

this is why i think a bigger change is needed that challenges his daily routine more not just small things like skip sugar and take brisk walk

He should download a habit tracker

The simple act of tracking your habits makes it more likely you’ll complete them

I think you've just forgotten how to do it. It's really not complicated or hard. What you were doing with the school thing is probably way more difficult. I know you've got a lot that you're dealing with, but just know you're not far off at all.

Edit: you're doing great brah

I will bump this thread in six months, because like the million other miscers who ask for advice but never follow through, the main issue is a lack of work ethic and personal responsibility. The reason i'm so animated is because I actually wish you would make some improvements, but your attitude shows me that you have no intent of actually doing it.

I know boyo, I make it seem worse than it is, just compared to my former self I'm not much anymore, I go to the grocery store and half the people I see look to outweigh me by 50 or 100 lbs, it doesnt make me feel any better, I just feel disgust for those people because they probably have never followed a healthy lifestyle or made any attempt to lose weight, a lot of the people I know have been overweight their entire life and just "accept" that they're "big", probably why those people get gravely offended if you call them out for being fat because they adopted it as part of their personality, I dont want to be 240 lbs, I want to be 175 lbs and in the best shape of my life again, at least when I fail I keep coming back to it and trying again.

You've got some serious strength, I've seen it. Reppin 365 x 5 on squat. I can't do that without supps. Disclaimer, I'm a natural twink. Do some zone 2 cardio. Lift if you feel like it. Whatever happens, it doesn't matter. Even if you don't want to do any of it (and don't do), it's still all good.

This is why I walk on the treadmill in my garage where no one can see me. Walking in public is kind of embarrassing as a huge, balding middle-aged man

the john vee cycle:

1) be a complete loser

2) acknowledge that you're a complete loser publicly to the misc to draw sympathy

3) come up with X new plan to improve yourself, tell the misc about it

4) drag miscers along, attention whoring and claiming it's "for real this time"

5) eventually admit that you're back to living on govt benefits, shitting yourself, etc and you have failed yet again

6) repeat

It's because they have checked the registered sex offender registry and you're in it.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

The fear comes from the fact you fit the physical profile of a pdf. It would be different if it was something like you looked like a German barbarian but nope they think you touch boys
