We shoul all agree these herbal supplements are garbage and a scam

1) Turmeric
2) Ashwagandha
3) Ginseng
4) Echnicea
5) Chamomile
6) Valerian
7) Rhidiola
8) Cordyceps

This article explains the supposed benefits of each of these herbal supplement. All of them completely exhaggerated.
https://goop.com/wellness/health/herbal-supplements-guide/?srsltid=AfmBOop1HoYd-yO1bVQYOY6eX30eGRxlNNuvWSbawVSYSY1lUGMYJH4V

I have seen an explosion online of supplement ads on social media claiming to have the most insane benefits. Whether it's supplements claiming to be similar to alcohol, or other drugs to help with relaxation, sleep, etc. Or on the opposite spectrum claiming to help with energy, concentration, focus. 99% of all of these supplements simply have these garbage herbal supplements I listed above. And overall, there effects are negligible at best. All inconclusive findings in garbage studies.

I've said before the only herbal supplement that has value is Kratom. Although I'd stay away from the 7oh kratom. The only time I'd recommend kratom 7oh is if a junkie is looking to buy oxy off the street and needs a safer alternative.

My experience with herbs is that they do nothing, if I want some effect I just use drugs.

You'd be surprised.

Herbs like Red Yeast Rice, CoQ10, Fish Oil combined do wonders in correcting lipids

Other herbs can help free testosterone and help with erectile performance, etc.

Big pharma would rather you take their pills. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

There are some people who have spent thousands of dollars on supplements.

Let that sink in.

Yeah, I don't know how effective things like milk thistle and b vitamins are going to be when you're ingesting literal poison like alcohol at an incredibly high rate.

This is totally incorrect. I worked with a kid that started drinking a 12 pack of white claws at work for 4 years every day and drank at night. He took milk thistle ever day and all kind of liver detox pills. One day he was completely yellow and swelled with ascites and had cirrhosis. Only 33 years old.

Faurk I bought some on Amazon after hearing about its benefits. Then I read some people’s kidneys or livers were failing when they took too much .
Apparently you’re supposed to cycle it or some chit .
I just bought some Ceylon cinnamon from the Himalayas as it was supposed to lower blood sugar , but ya it’s not doing chit .

The last few months I have been taking collagen supplements after I work out as it’s supposed to heal your tendons quicker , but tbh I don’t think it’s doing chit either .

I can definitely say that taking amino acids and protein supplements has helped my muscles recover quicker, but that’s the only definitive thing I’ve experienced

I think the only thing that’s going to help tendonitis is trt , but the doctors would never prescribe something that would actually help

I only take vitamin D and creatine. Rather stick with stuff that was proven results.

Used to take fish oil too, but it felt like broscience

Naw.

Many of those are perfectly fine supplements.

Like, you can fucking FEEL it when some things kick in, like Valerian root.

I think you're trying to compare HARD ACTING drugs like THC, oxy, xanax and other hard drugs, to these PLANTS which are much weaker, but still have an effect on the human body...

You're comparing apples, to bio-engineered GMO grown ultra Bill Gates apples concentrated into a crazy concoction where half a drop explodes your mouth, vs a regular apple.

Of course the regular apple isn't as EXREME as your Bill Gates GMO concentrated shit...

I started 'Ash' on Tuesday, one pill per day. Zero difference so far, but I wasn't expecting some instant effect if you have real anxiety. I remember that St Johns wort did jack shit.

I am hesitant to start on longer term stronger stuff which has side effects and its easier to become hooked.

Like Nords said, the herbal remedies are basically 'less severe (less effective)' than lab produced drugs.

St John's wart was one of the biggest scams in the 90's. The ridiculous claims they were able to make about that drug and get away with was mind boggling. Does not do anything.
