What sorta workouts would you do if you are stuck in bed for the next 3 months? Cant bare weight on my left foot at all. Dont want to waste away and also want to remain limber.

are u watching the world cup i'm not i can't get into soccer tbh

u have ur training on lock down but can u expand on ur diet do u count calories and macros

what are ur thoughts about IIFYM and flexible dieting

@donny2yucky has lost a lot of weight which is great however he recently had a 5 day binge where he completely lost control do u think he should keep doing cheat meals every week even though this has huge potential of triggering cheat DAYS especially as he loses more weight and get more ravenous

you forgot to mention the part where i already lost all of the bloat from the cheat days, plus i also lost an additional pound on top of that. so the weight loss has continued, despite the degenerate cheat days.

My main question is where do you get energy from to keep working out while still working 40+ hours a week? Im 37 and ive hit a brick wall where I either lift, or do cardio, I can't both. I used to run 6 miles a day while doing a PPL split, and I simply don't have the energy to do it anymore. Thinking about jumping on a TRT cycle, wondering if doctors will prescribe it to me if I ask and do it the normal way?

Great question. I started feeling how you describe in my mid 20s lmao. Working at an office just decimated my energy and motivation. Forcing myself to the gym only gets me so far. Energy levels are still a fraction of what they used to be and Iโ€™m not even fat or old fuarrrk!

Iโ€™ll also ask OP, as a successful family man, to give some perspective on being a great husband to some of these misc degens.

I started doing back extensions thanks to your last video. What about some good ab/core exercises? Don't currently do anything for them besides squats I suppose
