What sorta workouts would you do if you are stuck in bed for the next 3 months? Cant bare weight on my left foot at all. Dont want to waste away and also want to remain limber.

u have ur training on lock down but can u expand on ur diet do u count calories and macros
what are ur thoughts about IIFYM and flexible dieting
@donny2yucky has lost a lot of weight which is great however he recently had a 5 day binge where he completely lost control do u think he should keep doing cheat meals every week even though this has huge potential of triggering cheat DAYS especially as he loses more weight and get more ravenous

My main question is where do you get energy from to keep working out while still working 40+ hours a week? Im 37 and ive hit a brick wall where I either lift, or do cardio, I can't both. I used to run 6 miles a day while doing a PPL split, and I simply don't have the energy to do it anymore. Thinking about jumping on a TRT cycle, wondering if doctors will prescribe it to me if I ask and do it the normal way?

I started doing back extensions thanks to your last video. What about some good ab/core exercises? Don't currently do anything for them besides squats I suppose
