jogged interval today for 90 minutes at 6am. lunch time now but i plan on hiking for 45 mins before sun down. this morning was the first day i noticed a real change in my stamina, I wasn't getting that aching gut/chest feeling from being depleted, and felt like my old self for once. in 6 weeks i hope to be able to run 3-5 miles straight

Congratulations on the million dollars. The other part hurt my feeling though. I'm gonna need to drink 20 beers to get over it.

Woke up mid night felt alright laying down but when I stood up to go get some water it was agony muscle aches pain on both legs lol. Like Iโ€™ve went months without lifting and then jumped into heavy lifting ATG squat supersets

But then a few hours later I woke up come morning and my legs were feeling fine lol.

So I guess Iโ€™m getting after it goggins style again, in a few mins. Rainstorm today so staying home from work

Also dropped 3 lbs in the last 7 days so everything seems to be going smooth. Iโ€™ve been eating clean and I havenโ€™t been bloated gut feel in awhile

Take it slow and steady lad with running.

It's tempting to go hard fast but you can pull / damage some vague muscle in your leg you never heard of before and be out for weeks.

yeah ive been holding myself back for sure. right now im like a car with 750hp but a driveline built for 200hp. but ive been rapidly regaining my stamina. even cardio vascular health/str is muscle memory. i just got back from a 2nd run today, but they were light jogs and only 25 min each with speed walking intervals. tmmr i will go harder. running definitely activates different muscles even tho im very acting walking faround in the woods, it couldnt have prepared me even for jogging.

Food today: 1 can oysters(110cal), can of clam chowder(400cal), 5 chicken drumsticks(roughly 500?) and to finish off for supper 450g of ground turkey(600cal). So roughly 1600-1700 cal today

did 45 mins hiking this morn @ 6am(basically so hilly equivalent to stair climber). fasted all day until just now. eating can of clam chow(400cal), can of oyster(110), and soon 450g of ground turkey(600cal). probably go for another 45 min hike soon and eat another 450g turkey and a few blueberries(another 600-700cal) around 10pm right before bed.

basically im in huge deficits but im feeling good as long as i at least get some carbs each day, in my case the can of clam chowder seems to be enough. my hunger has staved off a lot and my body seems to be adjusting to the last 2 weeks of fasting and deficits.

I don't think so. When he posts a physique pic in 10 years he's going to shock everyone with his size and shreds.
