Just woke up and I am instantly and already excited for the gym.

I still have to shower, do my whole morning routine, and drive there but I feel like a little kid getting ready run down the stairs on Christmas morning.

I can feel the elevated levels of dopamine and serotonin just by thinking about the gym lol.

Fuck yeah man. What a self propagating gift.

I guess it’s on a spectrum.

I acknowledge my deliberate choices and behaviors as a result of achieving a specific mindset I desired but did not have, which is an extremely difficult thing to accomplish. So the gratitude goes pretty deep here. It is hardly about the end result. I am extremely grateful for the cognitive and emotional tools I have been given, and the ability to teach myself to use them.

Then of course there would the universe/God/source Conciseness etc. We did this for ourselves and it is an amazing gift. Every single thing about it, especially our ability to learn, understand, and create. Amazing wonderful gifts.

Just wrote out this weeks numbers on the calendar this morning. Legit got anxiety and uneasy feeling knowing they will take 99.9% effort to accomplish. Been like this for 14 years, feel bad others don't have these feels.

You do know that lifting at F5 timeframe window of 3-6pm, you get stronger right?

6am is for steroid users....Who see results no matter what.. Then they go walk on the treadmill afterwards...

Meanwhile i'm over here doing running back training.

What do you call someone that's too tall? Like 6'10?

Are they also manlets?

Not really. It's a scam.

Leggings make anything look good...

Why can't they just wear basketball shorts???? What's the deal?

Every single one of them almost wears the scammy leggings to give off the idea that they're in shape or some shit.. But in reality they're not.

Leggings? They’re out. They all wear super short tight bottoms that barely cover their ass.

Running Wendler's 5/3/1 boring but big for Bench and OHP. Squat and deadlift on pause due to recurring injuries.

Bench number is 300, actual PR was 290 for a single last month.
OHP is 170, actual PR was 170 for a single, but can do 160 for 5, paused too. Just bad at 1rm OHP.

Last single deadlift was 545 and last squat was 455. Two big milestones having a 25 on the side, then went to snap city running of all things LMAO.

Was running while cutting 4x/week and that on top of the squats and deads killed my knees. Then I slipped a disk either running or lifting that makes anything bent over a pain, but oddly pressing and pulling in a fixed position is okay. Been more upper body focused waiting on it all to heal because I've always been a weak presser.
