I invented a wholesome way of fapping (halal)(kosher)

Last time I did it I stared at a whit wall while continuously repeating out loud "white wall, white wall, white wall, white wall" until I finished, thereby making it impossible to think of anything else than a white wall. Doing it that way was kinda not worth it so I haven't done it for weeks now. But I consider doing it again once in a while when my testicles ache.

It's definitely an influencer thing and it's pervasive across the world and different languages, often amplified by editing where the thing gets chopped up and sounds even more offensive to my ears
