Werd. My days of trying to go heavy are as good as over. I focus now on lower weight for more reps and better reps. Bench 100 to 110kg, squat 140kg, don't deadlift, OHP 70kg

I remember back in OG misc days that a 2/3/4 B/S/D full ROM was the golden standard of the commercial gym hero. 15 years across 7 commercial gyms and college gyms, can count on one hand the amount of natty men I have seen perform this standard. Took me 1 year for the s/d, another 3 for the bench.
As someone who has chased numbers for 15 years, just be lean and well developed. Symmetry, leanness and some mass. Being consistently sub 12% body fat with some mass is more impressive to 95% of gym goers and 99.999999% of general population than a 1000lb total. Granted, good luck looking great at a single digit body fat without that strength base.

Truth is no one gives a shit.
The hottest girls I've seen have been fucked by non-lifter twinks/lardos.
If you are young you need 'social clout' and if you don't have that you are fucked.
Being a lifter is just one part of the shtick. I doubt there any any young dudes actually reading this but if you do, take up a hobby that has social clout, like being in a shitty local punk band or something.
I hate to say it, but god damn.

Itt miscers cope about not being able to lift heavy and trying to make it sound optimal. Sad.
