Don't have pics, but wish I did. Three guys I have worked with, that would make you cringe.
First there was Cam. In his mind, he was the coolest dude ever. He tried too hard to act "cool", had lots of swing to his step, would come in with sunglasses on sun or cloudy, pandora hat, trashy go-tee, silk shirts, baggy kakis, and some cowboy boots. He had a Geo Tracker, but he compared it to a Chevy K5 or a Ford Bronco. Then he had this old 1982 Yamaha V twin that he thought was so bad ass. Always trying to impress everyone, but not in a good way. Guy was a decently hard worker, but we just couldnt' stand him. WORSE PART is he would talk about SEX constantly, and I mean constantly, telling us all about the sex he had with his wife. Its annoying enough until you see his wife, she was a straight up whale, I mean not anything under 250lbs. But after a while, we felt sorry that she had to be with him.
Then there was Joe. He looked like a rat. Acted like a rat. Ran into him at a strip club licking his lips at some nasty stripper throwing money at her.
Then there was Ralph. He was hooked on drugs, needed money. Someone paid him $50 to lick out a gas station urinal and he did it. I didn't see it, but I asked him about it, and it was no big deal to him. I bet he's sucked plenty of cawks for meth as well.

I only do incline presses at the moment as my upper chest is under developed, but I was hitting 42's for 8-10 reps last year. Possibly something to work on, but form is the main thing.. See loads of guys doing 40+ KG DB presses with like a 4inch ROM.
The question is, do you use dumb bells or dung bells?
