Y'know today was a beautiful day outside, sunny and blue skies in a town normally riddled with clouds and rain; laid out on my uni quad with some friends and enjoyed my time and it made me smile seeing the hundreds of other students enjoying their lives and all. It was a great day to be a human being. And I was happy for humanity.

The post about the forever alone kid and his crying father hit me right in the jim jams.


I think lifting can cease this FA bull****. If you lift and get a nice body, you will be more confident. No matter how you look, a good body will make you feel much better = More confident and outgoing. And if you do not make friends in the gym, then there is something seriously wrong with you. Been to a new gym for like 2 years and have gotten to know everyone there, and met 7 brahs who i can legit hang out with. If the gym cannot help you over your FA problems, it must be your personality holding you back.
