lol @ kiddos from UK posting pictures of food from Italy, France, Spain etc. Your country is just as fat and dumb as ours except you're more crowded and you have a major muslim problem. We will too eventually but at least I have empty spaces to escape to. U mad you're just as fat but significantly uglier with horrible teeth?

if I go to safeway or king soopers here in Colorado they usually have some breads. nothing as crazy as your pics showed. but they have bakery section of the store that have French breads, garlic breads, rye breads, etc. basically looks like this. combine all three pics and that's a basic bakery section at any king soopers(grocery store) that I would go to here in the usa. nothing great, but I've NEVER been to a big grocery store with a bakery section that only had those square breads you posted. hell even target or Walmart have way more than just that.

I really only notice the difference in meat.

1rm pullup: + 60lbs for sure, 70lbs chin to the bar not sure if above - will make it 90lbs by the end of 2017.
