A million dollars is really not that hard. Most doctors with more than a decade of work experience have that net worth.
Its not impossible to be a doctor. There are many other ways to make money as well, doctor is just one common example

Some big business owners work a ton. Others dont work as much but are more involved with making strategic decisions vs being involved in the day to day processes. Just depends on personality and how you have your management structured.

I'll be making 600k +/year when I'm 31 OP. I don't consider that rich of course, but I definitely done very well for myself.

Edit: only stating the low end salary of radiologists, some of them make close to 1 mil/year

Where are you doing your residency? $600k/year is about the average if you are a partner. My best friend is a radiologist. Good money, but he works his ARSEEE off.
